Our house is very big and can accomodate 8 adults. It's a real paradise. The new pool, built in 2022 is an amazing addition to the house measuring 14 x 6 metres open from May to October.
The country house is immersed between the trees and the nature. The very large garden (6000m2), which is completely fenced, is ideal for you to relax. There are two complete separate bathrooms, one with a shower and bath and the other with a shower. There are 4 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and finally an enormous room with a double bed and 2 double sofa beds. Furthermore we offer two cots for babies. We also have a very large new kitchen with all that you need and more and a dining area.
In the wonderful garden you will find many fruit trees for you to pick and try. During the summer months from May to October there is a spacious, private swimming pool to play and enjoy the long summer days. We provide you with an amazing BBQ and garden furniture to allow you to eat outisde. The house and garden are very private so your privacy and relaxation time is guaranteed,

The estate provides decent space to sit and eat, having nice BBQs, fun at the pool or playing games in the fenced garden. We really liked the tidiness and the overall good condition. Even for rainy days there’s a nice modern Smart TV. While Codogne is a small nice city it provides everything you need: Gelateria (Modolo), Pizzeria (Deja Vu), Supermarket (Maxi). You also can easily travel to Venice by train from Conegliano with parking lots right next to the station or visit Lake di Santa Croce nearby where dogs are allowed in certain areas. It was very private and quiet while still being in the middle of town. A very nice restaurant across the street and a bakery behind the house were very convenient.The host set up a cooking class and dinner for us held at the property. We had such fun learning about pizza and pasta making from the chef. The meal was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers for the next day. We enjoyed eating in the garden dining room. Some members felt the beds were a bit firm, but others had no issue with them. We all used the larger shower in the laundry room. It did have some drainage problems but we did advise the host at checkout. It was nice that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, providing privacy for all. The host was very receptive and prompt in answering our questions both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience."

Just so happened that we had it to ourselves which was peaceful but it would have been ok if there was another family staying at the same time too. The pool was by far the best feature. We were in the pool multiple times daily and the temperature of the water was just perfect for the 37c sunny days (end ofJuly). We did buy a few pool toys to play with and left them behind for the next family. Note that the pool is not "closed" between 12pm-3:30pm (siesta) and 10pm-8am but you are expected to enjoy the pool quietly as not to disturb the neighbours. We did not find this to be a problem at all. The apartment was clean and tidy and has air conditioning!. Note that there are no basic kitchen items such as Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Pepper. There is an extremely convenient grocery store right across the street. There are plenty of dishes / glasses and cutlery. Europes showers are very different from the North American showers we are used to so we were happy to see a nice shower with doors and there was never a lack of hot water available when needed. We did ask for Wifi and it worked perfectly. Note that there is a charge for internet and a tax per person over 14 years of age. We payed 30 Euro for the week. Laundry service is available at an additional cost. We had laundry done for us once and it was 5 Euro. It would be fun to stay again with another family (friends) and rent the whole Villa for a week.
