- "The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. A couple of points to be aware of - the access road is quite tight, like much of rural Italy, and so I would not advise using a large 4x4 or van, nor a low sports car, to get to the villa as the access may be difficult or impossible by such a vehicle for the last 500m or so. Having a vehicle is recommended as the walk into town and back will be some distance and quite a climb necessary for the return. The beds were a little soft for the two adults, but that is a matter of personal taste. All in all, we had a fabulous time and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!"

Beautiful villa perfectly preserved, in a magnificent location with stunning 180 degree lake views and only a few minutes from the center.
The villa has a private garage for 2 cars and a large garden to sunbathe and relax.
On the main floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, an original stone sink, dishwasher and pantry. The large dining room has a table that can accommodate up to 10-11 people. The connected living room has a seating area and a baby grand piano. - "This spacious villa was perfect for our extended family group of 8. The antique furnishings were as pictured, and comfortable. Our liaison, Jeanne, was a sweetheart and so helpful during our stay. The villa is on the main road and within walking distance to the town and lake. The pizzeria two doors down was very convenient! The road noise could be loud at times in the main bedrooms, but that’s because we had our balcony doors and windows open at night. From the entrance gate you go down to the car park and then a staircase set between natural stone walls takes you to the garden level where you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the olive trees. Here we find a large heated hydromassage tub, a shower with hot water, a gazebo with a large table, chairs for 10 people and a barbecue to make the moment of meeting up to share the pleasures of the table with friends special.

- "Stunning location. Mesmerizing views. Italian vibrancy. Hot!" - "Good 1st. The check in was quick, easy and contactless. Gino was always a text or phone call away and very pleasant. The property is absolutely quiet and beautiful. The farmhouse is nestled in an olive grove with a panaramic view of Lake Garda and surrounding mountains. The Not so Good - Air conditioning only in the two upstairs bedrooms. No where else and not specified in the VRBO property description. I had been to Malcesine before and consider air conditioning essential in summer. I would not have selected the house if I had known. The rest of the house was very hot. The drive to the house is straight up from the town of Malcesine. A 10 minute hair raising adventure with many hairpin turns, some with mirrors to check for opposing traffic. Fun the 1st couple of times. No hot water the day we checked in and the day we left. I think it gets turned off between stays. The plumber was out the 2nd day and I don't think it got turned back on. Finally, there was no soap in the house: hand, dish nor laundry. When I asked Gino he initially said it wasn't included in the rental but he did end up getting us set up with soaps the next morning so you may want to double check."

- "This is the PERFECT vacation house! We had a range of family members from age 2 to age 88. The location is above the hustle and bustle of Malcesine, but close enough to easily head to town to sightsee, shop and eat. The pool and the grounds were ideal for the kids to swim and play all day and the house is beautifully newly renovated with impeccable style. Finally, our host Matteo was friendly and helpful and continuously available. We will stay here again."
