VILLA ANDREA is a modern house under construction and ready for spring 2020; it consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room kitchen area and a large porch and a garden with a salt-water swimming pool. The house also has an underground garage for two cars. The proximity to the center of Bardolino, reachable on foot, the lake view and the real estate context in which it is inserted makes it an exclusive property suitable for families with children or couples of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday on Lake Garda. Pets are not allowed and due to the shape of the garden the house is not suitable for disabled people. The property owner Maddalena was there to meet us on arrival and tell us all about the villa which was just perfect for our needs and was spotlessly clean. The free bikes provided were perfect for our stay and used daily to ride along the lake to neighbouring towns. Maddalena was even kind enough to swap them over for us when we had an unfortunate puncture. She was also able to answer any questions we had during our stay, had sent us lots of information prior to our arrival which was really helpful and also gave us advice on travelling into Venice which we did from Peschiera train station and had a lovely day. We would definitely stay here again if in the area, it was a lovely location within a five minute walk of the lake and shops and restaurants and just a short cycle ride into the main town of Bardolino. We didn't want to come home, thank you Maddalena for allowing us to stay in your gorgeous villa."

- "we loved the villa. the views were spectacular and the space and rooms that we had were ideal for the 6 adults and one child. a very well equipped villa , very modern , lots of garden and parking space. the villa really could do with a stair gate , top and bottom to make it more child friendly. There were two in the under stairs cupboard but these did not fit the wide stair case. we had to improvise on the first foot by moving the sofa to block off the stairs. a minor inconvenience."

The kitchen was very well equipped and the terrace was lovely with candles and vases of flowers. - "Wow! Just back from Bardolino and I cannot express in words how beautiful and tranquil this place is. The house sits above Lake Garda with the most stunning views and a short walk from the town Bardolino. On arrival we were met by Roberto's parents at the luxury villa and shown all the house facilities and this house had everything we needed. If we needed help, Roberto the owner, was always on hand to call and answered emails immediately which meant we could all relax for our entire stay. The house had all the cooking facilities you need but to be honest we ate out every night as the town has so many incredible restaurants. Also worth mentioning that the food was all very cheap in price for the high standard, probably due to the high levels of competition. The lake itself is beautiful and clean enough to swim in and had a wide range of activities for the sporty visitors. We also visited Venice by train which is possible to get to in under two hours by train which I highly recommend. All in all a superb weekend and I will be definitely be going back."

Casa Capitani is an ancient, independent farmhouse, 300 sq. m holding up to 12 persons with 5 double bedrooms, 2 single rooms and 5 bathrooms. The farmhouse, with its private swimming pool, large exclusive garden and furnished loggia for outdoor meals, is perfect for a large family or for a group of friends looking to relax.

Outdoor Area and Swimming Pool
In front of the house you will find a large lawn with flowering bushes and tall trees, which create comfortable shaded areas where you can admire the surrounding vineyards and the lake in the background. On one side of the garden, in a panoramic position, you will find the swimming pool, 14 metres by 7 with a depth of 1.4-2.5 metres, complete with sunbeds and cold water shower. In front of the house there is also a covered loggia, accessible from the kitchen and furnished with tables and chairs for outdoor meals. Another large lawn is on the other side of the pool. The farmhouse has three floors. After the main entrance on the ground floor you will find the living room with a large bookshelf, satellite TV, a DVD player and a fireplace, with another living room with sofas and with outdoor access, along with the dining room, the fully-equipped kitchen with fireplace and access to the portico for outdoor meals. Rounding up the ground floor is a room with washing machine and a small bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, with one large double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, one twin bedded room (convertible into a double bedroom) with bathroom with bathtub, one double bedroom with French bed (150 cm wide) with bathroom with shower. Location
Corte Capitani is on a quiet hillside with a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside and the lake. The weather around Lake Garda, relatively moderate even in colder months, makes the surrounding vegetation very varied with olive trees, cypresses and lemon trees. Despite being isolated, the house is not far from shops, restaurants and all other requirements for a relaxing holiday. The lake is just a 15-minute drive away.

For surfing lovers, Lake Garda offers great waves thanks to the winds which blow especially in the higher part of the lake. For children, the Gardaland park with rides and attractions is a few kilometres away. We strongly recommend visiting Verona, especially if you are interested in one of the big concerts in its famous Arena. The city of Mantova is famous for the artwork of Mantegna and for its museums.
