Villa Chiara is a beautiful small, detached house with a well-kept garden and a stunning view. It features a spacious terrace for dining and a private swimming pool with sunbeds and deck chairs. The house has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a double garage.

Overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Salò, the house is in a dominant position, offering a fantastic view of Salò and stretching all the way to the eastern shore of the lake, with Monte Baldo rising majestically in the background.

The independent house is surrounded by a garden where oleanders, jasmines, ancient ivies, perennial flowerbeds, and aromatic herbs encircle a lush green lawn.

The house is set on two levels. The raised ground floor includes a dining room with an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a handcrafted Bisazza mosaic shower. The lower floor consists of a living room with a corner sofa, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a magnificent two-person wooden bathtub with a shower, a laundry room, and a double garage.

One of the highlights of the house is the white reinforced concrete swimming pool. One side of the pool is made of glass, creating a waterfall when the pool is in operation and allowing you to see inside. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck, white sunbeds, and deck chairs where you can sunbathe and admire the wonderful natural panorama while listening to music through the outdoor Bose sound system.

Our guests are accommodated in the ground floor apartment (175 sqm total) of our stunning luxury modern villa, as well as in a charming small independent cottage on the property, newly built in 2014. The apartment for our guests has 3 large bedrooms: 2 doubles and a double with a sofa bed, for a total of 10 sleeping places. Each bedroom has a flat screen HD tv, and is also equipped with an in-room kettle for coffee or tea, and a safe. There are 3 new modern luxury bathrooms, two are ensuite to the bedrooms and the third is in the hallway just outside the third bedroom. There is a very large (60sqm) open space lounge, dining and kitchen area, with access to a private section of the garden, only for the guests' use. In the communal living room, there is a large flat screen lcd/satellite TV and an excellent stereo system. There is also another double sofa bed in the lounge area for 2 extra people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you expect and need, including fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a fantastic top end capuccino and espresso machine. The dining area has a big country kitchen style table that can seat up to 18 or more.

The cottage, “Wiluna”, is a charming little building (50sqm total) on the property by the pool and garden, and completely independent from the main house. There's is a double bedroom as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge, for a total of 4 sleeping places. The bathroom in the cottage is brand new, as is the kitchen and the dining area. The appliances include a fridge, freezer, coffee machine, hob and microwave etc. It has a satellite LCD satellite TV, and in a corner stands a majolica wood stove for the cold months. The cottage is opposite the villa, by the pool and upper garden area.

In Villa Luna, you can enjoy a lovely mixture of privacy and independence and fun,in total security with the constant availability and company, if you wish, of the hosting family. My family lives in the apartment on the top floor of the villa, always ready to give help and information, and supply whatever you need to be comfortable and to feel at home (and our children are always ready to make new friends!). So if you want company, you will have it! But if you want total privacy, that's what you will have!
The upper garden and pool area is a communal area shared with other guests and my family (my husband, our 3 children that age from 4 to 14, and me). There's an open shower by the pool, and also a bathroom just across the garden with toilet and possibility to shower. There's an outdoor fitness area with equipment for cardio fitness and exercising, and a barbecue. The outside sitting and dining area on the lower garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. Both the apartment and the cottage have independent entrances.

Wifi is included and there is sheltered car port for 3-4 cars.

About 100m down the road through the woods, there is a wonderful traditional osteria restaurant with great food, excellent prices, fantastic views. The villa is about 10 minutes from the centre of Salò, with all its restaurants, shops, transport services, tourist information office and beaches, etc.

Villa Luna is in an ideal position for you to experience all of the wonderful activities Lake Garda has to offer. Take a ferryboat to any other town by the lake, and have great day trips on and by the lake. Drive or get a shuttle to the best theme parks in italy, including Gardaland, Canevaworld, Safari park zoo. Or enjoy the culture and history of our local museums, the typical Italian architecture of buildings and churches, the botanical gardens, and more. Meaning nice bed- and bathrooms, very nice balcony with lake view. practical kitchen and nice pool. Very responsive, friendly and punctual agency. Perfect stay! " - "Lake Garda is a jewel in northern Italy, a beautiful body of the clearest water surrounded by a string of elegant towns full of lovely shops and restaurants. Villa dei Lauri is in a perfect location, 200 metres up a quiet lane from the lakeside between Salo and Gardone, easy walking distance to reach a stretch of the promenade and midway between the attractions of Sirmione in the south and Riva del Garda in the north. A bakery was a short hop away for morning bread and cornetti, and a small supermarket was just a short distance further. The house itself has four lovely bedrooms on the first floor, three with wide balconies, and a twin room on the ground floor. We were a family group of seven adults, and we very much enjoyed the large garden and pool, as well as the outside table that we used for all the meals that we ate at the villa. The house needed a visit from the electrician to sort out a problem with the roller shutters (which seemed to have a life of their own!), but this was dealt with extremely promptly by Laura who was very helpful throughout our stay. We'd certainly go back to this villa in the future."

Villa Caterina is located in a quiet residential area in the village of Villa di Salò, with a supermarket (700m), restaurant, café and bars within walking distance, as well as beautiful hiking trails through the forest and bike paths that lead to Salò and the entire Lake Garda area.

- "We had a great week at the villa - it had everything we needed and we particularly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi (amazing view), games room and outdoor kitchen. It felt luxurious for each bedroom to have its own bathroom and there was plenty of space. The kitchen was really well equipped and great to have large dining tables inside and out. The view is wonderful and we enjoyed being up high. We appreciated someone being sent when something went wrong with plugs in two bathrooms. It would also be helpful to have recommendations written down of local activities and restaurants. There are helpful instructions about recycling but we weren’t left the correct bags to use and instructions told us to take any excess recycling to the local centre on our last day but that wasn’t possible as we had to leave at 10 and the centre didn’t open til 2pm! Also it would have been good to know when the gardener and maintenance people were coming so we could plan to be out eg when gardeners needed the be doing noisy activities. - "Lovely property, really well equipped and amazing pool / views. Stayed 10 nights could easily have stayed more. Would have been nice to get bedding/towel change during that time especially with it being very warm - all other properties I have stayed at more than a week automatically provide fresh linen and towels. For those with young children or not so quick on their feet - to set to Salo you have to cross a main road which whilst is slow speed no one adheres to it so with blind corners can be a bit tricky to cross. Good short workout home as well ;)"

It is in a green area where silence reigns, a 5-minute walk from the public beach of Barbarano. You can dine indoors or outdoors, in the cool of the evening, looking at the stars. The villa is on three floors. The living room is very large and bright, with large windows that open onto the greenery of the garden and the hill. The kitchen is beautiful and spacious, with a central island and induction hob, oven and microwave. The Villa is furnished in a simple and modern style, from many of its rooms you can enjoy the view of the lake. The interior spaces are large and the kitchen is fully equipped. Outside you can cook on a professional barbecue. Three cars can be parked behind the villa.

Cleaning procedure: we will sanitize the whole house using products labeled with PMC ( Presidio Medico Chirurgico ), which are the only products approved to kill bacteria/virus.
In addition, on request, we can do an ozone treatment, which is one of the best non-chemical, odor-removing disinfectants in the world. This machine can deeply purify a room, even the whole fabric, mattress, pillows, etc. It eliminates all bacteria and viruses that a previous host may have left behind.
We can provide a home chef service upon request. Bed linen, towels and beach towels included.
For at least 10 nights stays towel change and mid-stay cleaning are included. If you have special needs or restrictions, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.

Pets are very welcome but we can't accept more the 2 dogs/cats and charge €150 pet fee for 1 and €230 for 2.
