Villa Sybille was built 3 km away from the centre of Torri del Benaco, on the hill above the Lake of Garda with a phenomenal view. Driving up the street leading from the Lake to its surrounding mountain “Monte Baldo”, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view and the beauty of our landscapes.

The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood that offers at the same time privacy and a beautiful panorama and includes a protected area, therefore the last part of the street to the house doesn’t have asphalt.



LIVING SPACES

The villa welcomes you with a covered driveway gate where you can comfortably park 2 or 3 cars and unload luggages.

The house is developed on two floors: Villa Sybille welcomes you with a beautiful panorama of the lake that can be enjoyed from the whole first floor. This floor provides a living room, with a sofa, a SMART-TV and a table for your breakfast, a kitchen, completely provided with a fridge, refrigerator, gas cookers, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed in order to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday, and a bathroom. The glass-door in the living-room can be slid to access the covered terrace, developed on two sides of the house, furnished with a large table where you can have lunch and dinner enjoying the view with your whole family or friends.



SLEEPING AREA

From the living room you descend with a staircase to the lower floor, that is directly in front of the pool and garden area and contains four bedrooms all complemented by a large built-in wardrobe and french doors affixed to the garden. The night space has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, another master bedroom,two double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned in order to offer the most comfortable experience ever to our guests.

Adjacent to the bedrooms’ area we have a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. The laundry is connected with a second living area that offers comfortable sofas and a direct access to the pool area.

THE OUTSIDE SPACE

The focal point of the summer life of our villa is definitely the pool well inserted in the green garden, with a wonderful belvedere and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas for a perfect relaxation.

The terrace, which develops on three of the house’s sides, has an outdoor living area decorated with a second dining table on the back of the villa and some couches. The house is also provided with a gas BBQ that offers the possibility to enjoy a good grill altogether.

The pool doesn’t have a heating system and is available from 20.04 to'1.10.



THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Lake Garda, located in North Italy, is a vacation destination all year-round. Visitors can surf, sail, and swim in the crystal clear lake, the largest in Italy. The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with a multitude of attractions like and Sealife aquarium, and Jumanji - the Adventure opening in 2022, is about 30 km away. Verona is 45 km away and Venice 170 km away. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and biking.

The villa was spotless and had plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment to cook for a party of up to eight people. We will certainly return if we decide to come to Lake Garda again. All in all it was an absolutely first class experience. The directions to find the villa gave a good impression of where it is situated but we didn't see that it specifically said it was off the lakeside road between Torri and Garda. We initially followed the directions given by the map on the app for the villa and were taken to completely the wrong place. This could be made clearer. It would also be good if in the description of the villa it could be made clear that there are two steep staircases, one inside the villa and one leading down to the pool. Neither of these has a bannister or railing and so they are quite difficult for anyone with a disability or mobility issues. We had a couple of issues with the awning that shades the terrace alongside the pool. It is very low at the edge beside the pool and each one of us banged our head against it at least once. Thankfully there was no serious injury but people should be made aware of this."

Elegantly furnished, quiet, beautiful lake view just 5 minutes walk to town and 3 minutes to beach.
Private garden and swimming pool, shared with other owners of the residence, immersed in a green olive grove. In the open-air garden there is a shower with hot water.
On the ground floor there is a large room that includes a lounge with 2 sofas, a dining area with extendable round table, a well equipped kitchen corner and a small bathroom.
At this floor there is a beautiful furnished terrace with oval iron table and chairs for eating outdoors !!!

Our only tiny issue was that we could not figure out how to heat the hot tub above 30 degress C (86F) I reached out to the hosts who responded quickly to all our needs but on this one it was a bit comical. I won't go into detail but I'm guessing they consider it more of a mini-pool than a hot tub. But its definitely a hot tub/spa only we couldn't get it to reach those temps. It was not a big deal. And there's a shared pool with a view on the hillside above and of course beautiful Lake Garda to go sail/swim/play in. That one little hiccup aside, we fully endorse staying at this Garda property. You won't be disappointed."

Villa Carducci is located in Pai di Torri del Benaco in a quiet and panoramic area surrounded by olive trees. The Villa is easily accessible along the Via Gardesana and is located about 5 km from Torri del Benaco.

The Villa is located at the beginning of the road that connects the ancient village, called Pai di Sopra, with the lake and beaches. Entering through the avenue gate, you can park in the area in front of the house or in the covered garage for one car.

In the small village of Pai, there are several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance and also a small shop for basic groceries.

The villa is spread over two floors accessible from two entrances.



MAIN FLOOR - LIVING AREA

Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a living room with a spacious sofa, from which you can comfortably watch satellite TV, and a dining table for 6 people that will allow you to have lunch or dinner together.

The kitchen, in natural wood, is complete with a refrigerator and freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories to prepare meals for your family holiday.

Upon entering the house you will find the air-conditioned living area with an indoor dining table for six people. A living room with a large sofa, from which to enjoy the lake view thanks to the large window that gives access to the terrace. Here you will find a table to sip your first-morning coffee and a rocking chair to relax at sunset.

The kitchen is separate and open to the living room. Equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary accessories to prepare lunches and dinners for your family vacation.

On this floor, you will find the first bedroom equipped with air conditioning, with a large double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the garden behind the house. A bathroom with a glass shower completes this floor.



GROUND FLOOR - BEDROOMS

A staircase with a glass parapet leads to the ground floor where you will find a living room with Smart TV and satellite channels. A French bed occupies the centre of the room and is ideal for children to sleep. The corridor leads to the second bedroom with two single beds and panoramic French windows with direct access to the garden with two comfortable sun loungers, for those who love tranquillity. The room is air-conditioned.

On this floor, we have a full bathroom with a large shower and a laundry room with a comfortable dining room and washing machine.

Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a holiday destination throughout the year.

Guests can swim, surf or sail in the waters of the largest lake in Italy.

Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or using the rotating cable car that leads to Monte Baldo.

The Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are about 20 km away.

Verona is 45 km away and Venice is 170 km away.

This nice Villa on Lake Garda comes on 3 levels, it has 6 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a spacious terrace with a marvelous view (where to enjoy a good italian glass of wine ;-). It's fully furnished and equipped with SMART TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, hairdryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, barbecue and a nice and large garden which is set in a magnificent terraced olive grove.
Villa i Gelsomini, is just 10 minutes walking from the town Torri del Benaco - There is the shuttle service that will take you up and down if you don't want to walk ;-)
It can accommodate up to 10 /11 guests; 2 parking spaces are available in the villa.

GROUND FLOOR :
The main entrance places you on the 1st floor where you enter into the spacious and bright living area with lounge and dining areas. Two large comfortable sofas sit between a rustic fireplace on one side and the SMART TV on the other. On the same floor there is a spacious Tyrolese style kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans, plates and silverware.
Also on the ground floor there is the tastefully furnished master bedroom (with A/C), a spacious second bedroom with two single beds (with A/C) and a large bathroom (with bathtub).
The first bedroom has a double and confortable bed - the room overlooks the Lake. Next to it, the second bedroom, with 2 single beds.

TERRACE:
The large terrrace is beautifully situated on the ground floor so as to take full advantage of the stunning lake views. The living area, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom have all access to it. The terrace is spacious enough to accommodate a large table so guests can enjoy relaxing lunches and dinners out in the open, with the breathtaking view of the lake.

LOWER FLOOR :
The lower floor of the villa has easy access by an internal staircase as well as by a large entrance from the garden. On this floor there is a beautiful and big bedroom with a double bed, a piano, a table where to work, and a veranda that opens out onto the equipped garden surrounded by olive trees.
Next to this bedroom there is another one with a double bed.
On this floor there is a just renovated bathroom with shower, a laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.
Another room with a large oak table that can be used as play room or winery.
Upon request it is possible to add one extra bed for young guests ;-)

1st FLOOR:
On the upper floor of the villa, one double room with two single beds (with the A/C) plus a small balcony and a small bathroom (no shower in it). Another bedroom with a single bed with the A/C system

The best thing about this Villa is that the reason why it was built was to enjoy beautiful and memorable moments with families or friends.
In the last few years, we understood that it is truly a place of reconciliation where anyone who has spent even just a few days has been able to create good memories with family and friends.

Guest have full acces to the entire property and to the wonderful garden.
You will find bed linen and towels inside the property.

IMPORTANT - FROM APRIL 1st TO OCTOBER 31st, please don't forget that you shall pay the Tourist Tax required by the city (children / young people under 14 years are free); the cost is 1 Euro per person per day that you will need to pay cash at the check-in.

IMPORTANT - From November to March the total rate includes as well the cost of the heating ; during the other months, if you wish to use the heating , the cost will be charged apart from the rent depending on the consumption (according to the consumption counter).

ARRIVING AT THE VILLA

Driving up the street leading from the Lake to its surrounding mountain Monte Baldo, you will be amazed by the breathtaking view and the beauty of our landscapes.

Villa GEMMMA lies on the hill above the lake in a privileged position, almost 8 km from both Torri and Garda, that offers at the same time privacy and a beautiful private panorama.



The villa welcomes its guests through a gate and a street, shared for its first part with the neighboring villa. Immediately after there is an uncovered parking area that fits up to 4 autos without problems.

We do not have a garage or a covered parking spot.



From a narrow street along with roses and typical Mediterranean plants you will find the main entrance of Villa GEMMMA.

The house, decorated with contemporary design, will receive you in its kitchen and dining area with a fullglass wall that faces the lake and mountains.

The wide kitchen is modernly furnished and has a kitchen isle with 4 stools, for breakfasts or quick snacks, maybe while having a conversation with the family cook or a chef before dinner.

Provided with fridge, refrigerator, gas cookers, dishwasher, and all the utensils needed in order to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday.

You could eat all together around the modern meal table for 10 people adjacent to the kitchen and protected by glass doors that face the outdoor terrace.

Or if you prefer you could use the outside meal table, situated in the arcade with view of the pool area.

The terrace has an outdoor living area decorated with outdoor armchairs and couches and also a gas BBQ that offers the possibility to enjoy a good grill altogether.



BEDS AND BATHS

Villa GEMMMA offers five queen-sized bedrooms.



GROUND FLOOR-LIVING

On the same level as the living and kitchen area is located the Patronal Suite. Through the door, you can access a little private living room and to the principal bedroom, provided with a queen-size bed, a big closet and air conditioning.

In addition to that, the suite has its toilet and bathroom and a private outdoor area, perfect for the first coffee of the day.



FLOOR -1

The ground floor is connected with a wide staircase to the big living room of the underground floor, ideal for spending time on rainy or extremely hot days. This room offers many types of entertainment, from drinking some wine from the house wine cabinet to playing billiards with the option to stay on the outdoor terrace, covered from the sun. The area is then connected to a second living room, with a big couch and television.

The second queen-size bedroom has a bathroom and a big closet on the wall, as well as a beautiful view of the garden and the lake.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have two big single beds each and a good-sized closet each. They share a bathroom with a large shower.

Last but not least, on this floor, is located the 5th bedroom, a whole suite with a broad bed and a chill area with a sofa. Its guests can also exit on the garden in front of the villa and enjoy the evening breeze under our sky full of stars.

The house has its laundry, with a clothing washer and dryer.



There are video surveillance cameras in the external areas of the property. The images are not subject to recording..



OUTDOOR AMENITIES



Life is all about the outdoors at Villa GEMMMA!

We offer multiple spots to simply lounge around with the sun on your face, and surrounded by your loved ones, as you relax, slow down, and enjoy the slow pace of nature that you will find here.

The main attraction of the villa is definitely the huge pool with a slide to the deepest part.

On the side of the pool, you will find sunbeds to lie under the sun with view on the Lake of Garda, as well as an outdoor living area.

- "The property was spacious enough to allow all guests to find private places when they wanted alone time. It also provided options for indoor entertainment which was especially useful on the rainy days. The views of the lake and surrounding mountains were exceptional and was a favourite morning and evening activity to view the changing face of the mountain. The only negative comment I'd make is that it would have been nice to have had some coffee and basics there when we arrived as it's a winding drive down to the nearest town where you can pick up supplies. That said, the villa did offer the option, for a fee, of buying in supplies prior to arrival."
