The ground floor, spacious apartment with large living room and kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a wet room and plenty of storage space is part of a centuries-old farmhouse, which is hidden in a quiet location a bit hidden from the Lungolago in the park.
The large living room with kitchenette, dining and living area, cozy wood stove and TV opens with three glass doors to the porch directly into the garden overlooking the garden and lake. One bedroom with double bed, another with wooden gallery (ground floor two single beds and on the gallery a two by two meters large sleeping area) provide comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people. A spacious bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and sink and an additional wet room with toilet, large sink, washing machine, and a storage room provide the necessary comfort.

- "Casa Sopri is a light-filled house with plenty of space. The location is great (on the scenic Lungolago that takes you straight to the centre of Malcesine). There is a gorgeous garden that you can relax in with a hammock and sun loungers. You can hear the waves of Lake Garda from the house! Also, directly outside the house, there are steps leading into the Lake. You couldn’t get a more beautiful backdrop! The kitchen is very well-stocked in terms of utensils and appliances, we ate in most nights without any problems. There are two bathrooms, I loved the open shower (it has great water pressure). The area was lovely and quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep. Talking of which, there is one double bedroom, and another bedroom with two single beds (and a galley area above that with a double mattress). Wi-Fi was patchy, we were only able to get a signal when we climbed upstairs to the galley but this is a minor issue when you consider the beautiful location. It really is tailor-made for relaxing! We ate out three times at the nearby Lido Sopri on the Lungolago, and I can highly recommend their pizza, risotto and pasta. The prices are inexpensive, the portions decent, the food is good and the view is right on the lake. We will definitely return at some point in the future! "

The owner could not have been more helpful, even coming out in the rain to sort out the heating for us! The apartment isn't accessible by car, which adds to the charm. Having free private parking a little way away was a great bonus, given the restrictions on local spaces. Malcesine is by far the prettiest place we saw, with dozens of shops, from those selling local goods up to a large and well-stocked supermarket close by. The harbour is almost next door to the apartment, which was very convenient for ferries to other parts of the lake. There's a huge range of places to eat and drink, most of which are amongst the central cluster of narrow cobbled streets and within 10 minutes' walk of the apartment. We didn't get to all of them so will be coming back again! "
