- "My family and I spent a week in this delightful property situated on pretty hills just outside the town of Vicenza. This spacious property is located in a quiet area among green hills. It consists of a number of self-catering apartments all charmingly furnished in cottage-like and modern style and full of amenities. The property includes a large private parking zone and a well-decorated garden space full of flowers, plants and trees. There is also a big inflatable pool for the warm Summer days, a veranda with tables, chairs, deckchairs and sofa swing overlooking some views of the hills and also sunset. The area also possesses a bbq area and a number of swings and leisure activities for children. In fact the property is very suitable for families with children. The whole property is kept clean and tidy daily. We resided in L’Ulivo apartment consisting of a living room and kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine. The only drawback of this apartment was that it is the only apartment which has no front view because there is a shed in front of it. The apartment is very well-kept and highly up to standard even in terms of comfort and practicalities. It has 2 skylines, one in the bedroom and another in the bathroom. The skylines can open and close and have a shutter to increase or decrease the amount of sunlight entering the apartment – very practical. The beds are very comfortable and all house linen was fresh and clean. The owners of the property are extremely helpful, friendly and well-organized. Maria Luisa Sala was kind enough to provide whatever we needed throughout our stay and even recommended good restaurants, shops and excursions in the area. They take care of a friendly dog, a very cuddly cat and some chickens and turkeys. The Veneto region expresses an extraordinary variety in its scenery and is the custodian of natural, artistic, and traditional treasures. During our week stay, we visited the following places: South of Lake Garda and Gardaland, Venice, Asiago plateau, Verona, Padova, Bassano del Grappa and Vicenza – all boasting their unique charm. I would like to sincerely thank the owners for making us feel at home thus contributing to making our holiday an unforgettable one :) I highly recommend this property!! "

You can visit, in an area of few kilometers, several forts Trenches and tunnels are everywhere. For 3 euros you can visit a small but very nice WWI museum just a couple of kilometers from the village. Nature is really impressive there: forests, animals (you can meet foxes, roe deers just few meters from the front door, herds, horses and grouse and if you are lucky also a bear!). Moreover, you can find the typical and good cheese called "Asiago" and you can buy it directly from cattlemen. If you have kids and you love mountain or simply you want to spend in relax your time, this is the right place. By the way, this is also a ideal place for mountain bike.
