In the apartment, the bed was made up of two mattresses pushed together and they kept separating throughout the night. One mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable and the other one dipped in so much when you lay on it that it was hard to get back up. The shower didn't drain properly and would fill up pretty quickly with water; I even tried removing the drain cover, but this didn't help at all. The washer leaked and I even made sure to look up how to use it since it's all labeled in Italian but the door on it just doesn't close all the way no matter how hard you close it, so I had to shove a towel under the front to soak it all up. I did appreciate the wifi, although connection wasn't the best but it did the job. AC was also very much appreciated and worked fine. It was also difficult to contact the owner, and they didn't respond to any of my messages. Overall, it was fine for a brief stay but I would not recommend it for trips longer than a couple days."
