Apartment located on the mezzanine floor, three steps, of an old house in the village, hence the name 1778, note the ancient vaults still existing painted in a bright gold color, in summer there is no need for air conditioning because the house has thick original walls and maintains a pleasant and cool temperature.
In this particular period, in addition to normal cleaning, a lot of attention is paid to disinfecting the entire surface with chloride-based products and inside the apartment you will find everything you need for any daily ordinary cleaning (dishwashing, bathroom and floor cleaning detergents, vacuum cleaner included). In addition to the many downhill ski slopes in the valley (Pampeago-Obereggen-Latemar, Cermis, Castelir and Rolle), at Lake Tesero there is the famous cross-country ski stadium used for important national and international competitions, as well as the venue chosen for the 2026 Olympic competitions, throughout the winter season with the possibility for everyone to access it for skiing even at night, on-site instructors if necessary by reservation at the relevant offices. On the last Sunday of January, there is the important competition open to all, LA MARCIALONGA, which passes through the valleys of Fiemme and Fassa.
A few km from Tesero you will also find the Predazzo ski jumping stadium, home to many world competitions and the new venue for the 2026 Olympic Games.

The area is perfect for road-bike lovers, as here you can find many of the famous mountain passes from Giro d'Italia and Tour des Alpes: Pampeago, Pordoi, Lavazè, Valles, San Pellegrino, Manghen, Sella, Marmolada. It is also great for MTB funs: there are plenty of routes around the beautiful forests and mountains and it is possibile to rent an E-Bike in the village.
There is also a 48km-long cycle lane that runs from Molina to Canazei, perfect for a family bike trip. Along the way the are many villages with bars, restaurants and gelato shops!
Any kind of mountain sport is possible here: rock-climbing, rafting, hiking, running, sky-diving and parachuting.
The down-hill ski and cross-country ski stations are just 10 minutes away from the apartment.
