Check in was easy and clear and Juan repeatedly reached out to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. He provided some helpful links for restaurant options as well as things to do around Bolzano. There was even a delicious bottle of wine and some chocolates for us when we arrived. If we have the pleasure of returning to Bolzano, we would stay here again in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend to friends."
