The house is centrally located, just 400 meters walk from the center of the village of Folgaria. The entrance to the apartment has a large atrium closed on the sides with doors, in order to avoid drafts and provide shelter from the cold, especially during the winter. During the summer, the same atrium is very cool for the same reason.

At the entrance of the apartment there is a small corridor with a shoe rack, from which you can access the living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

The kitchenette was completely renovated and has an induction hob with 4 stoves, a new counter, a pod coffee maker, and a stainless steel sink. In the center of the room there is a wooden table with 6 seats, a sideboard containing new pots suitable for the stove, cutlery, dishes, glasses and everything you need to have lunch and dinner.
