- "Our family had a very happy time at our apartment. We loved that you could use the pool.still.in October which is unusual.for Italy as they usually close at the end of September. This was a perfect place to stay for being able to visit Lake guarda and other cities were in easy driving distance ( Venice,Verona we even drove to Pisa and Florence for the day) we would definitely stay here again , it's a pretty stroll to the beach on the lake where you can take a swim too. staff were very friendly."

We were visiting friends in the area and it was a great base for 4 days. The apartment we had was one of their Elegance Apartments on top floor with a stunning view. Apartments 6 and 11 are 2 beds with double balcony and lake views. Only downside is poor wifi. Thomas, the owner, is aware of this and took the time to explain this is mainly an infrastructure issue and all of Moniga is similar, which is correct. However, if your plan is to plonk down after dinner and stream a movie, it can be trying. Whilst a beautiful place with walks in the vineyard and olive grove and we actively limit iPad use, 4 days with young kids can be helped with an odd movie or tv show. There were also a couple of mornings I could have happily smacked the dogs on both side of the apartments whose favourite activity seems to be endlessly barking at each other at 0700. A definite 3.6 star and better wifi would be a 4+ "

The living room overlooks the covered patio furnished with an outdoor table with chairs for magnificent breakfasts and lunches in the open air overlooking the greenery and the lake.
