“La loggia” is composed by two studio apartments that are totally independent, but share the outside spaces. Therefore they are perfect for two couples, for a family with grown children or for a group of friends.
A spacious loggia, equipped with sofa, dining table and chairs for six people and a chaise longue, connects the apartments and gives you a small suggestive lake view. The terrace is a bit above the house, just few steps up from the entrance and, as it has a marvelous lake view, it’s the perfect place to relax on the hammock or the sun bed or to have a grill. Moreover if you will need to refresh yourself, you will have the possibility to use the external shower. The apartments have just been renewed and they have fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, toilet with shower enclosure. We can provide you only one parking space inside the property (of course free of charge), but in case you have a second car it won’t be difficult to find a free parking space close to the house.
The environment is totally calm and silent, “Fasano Alta” is a truly beautiful village and not touristic at all. In ten minutes you can walk down to the lake, the closest restaurant is just few steps from the house, while shops are five minutes driving away.
For stays of at least 14 nights we offer a change of towels and bed linen and a cleaning in the middle of the stay. If you have special needs or limitations, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.
