“La loggia” is composed by two studio apartments that are totally independent, but share the outside spaces. Therefore they are perfect for two couples, for a family with grown children or for a group of friends.
A spacious loggia, equipped with sofa, dining table and chairs for six people and a chaise longue, connects the apartments and gives you a small suggestive lake view. The terrace is a bit above the house, just few steps up from the entrance and, as it has a marvelous lake view, it’s the perfect place to relax on the hammock or the sun bed or to have a grill. Moreover if you will need to refresh yourself, you will have the possibility to use the external shower. The apartments have just been renewed and they have fully equipped kitchens, satellite TV, Wi-Fi connection, toilet with shower enclosure. We can provide you only one parking space inside the property (of course free of charge), but in case you have a second car it won’t be difficult to find a free parking space close to the house.
The environment is totally calm and silent, “Fasano Alta” is a truly beautiful village and not touristic at all. In ten minutes you can walk down to the lake, the closest restaurant is just few steps from the house, while shops are five minutes driving away.
For stays of at least 14 nights we offer a change of towels and bed linen and a cleaning in the middle of the stay. If you have special needs or limitations, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you in choosing the most suitable accommodation.

- "The studio-appartement was very clean and very well equipped. A double bed and a very cool foldable stockbed provided us with good matrasses for a good sleep. Kitchen ist well equipped and even teabags, Nescafé capsules, salt and basic spices were provided, as well as dish soap, dish cloth and tea towel. There ist a washing machine, dry stand and even an iron. A nice TV, sound system and a very good aircondition provide all comfort. The house is called "Villa Delle Rose" - it is one of the "Places of the Republic of Salò". It's situated between the shore of the Lake and the Gardesana. Window is towards the city/hills. Very good window, so it's not to loud, even when there's traffic in the Gardesana. The Garden is truly paradise, with Access to the lake. A gardener works every day during season to keep it pretty and well maintained. Two sunbeds are for your private use and the trees provide shadow If wanted. The house has a big terrace towards the garden and the lakefront and there are some Shops, including a nice coffee bar and a very gentle bike/hike/Triathlon sport shop. The owner was very kind and helpful and reacted promptly. There ist a public beach with coffee bar, good restaurant "Rowing bistrot" and parking area nextdoor. Parking ist about 8€/day. - "Apartment Diamante is situated in a quiet apartment complex within a ten minute walk of the small resort. There you will find some lovely restaurants and shops to browse. It has a free car park right in front of the block and a lovely rooftop pool which very few people use. Nearby is a family bakery (the ciabatta is as light as a cloud) but the supermarket is a short car ride away. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony where we ate every day. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering and has a large fridge freezer. Everything was super clean, including the oven. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious with hair dryers and a washing machine. I requested an extra hand towel each and the agent delivered them the next day. The agent also provided superb pictorial instructions as to how to find the apartment so we had no difficulty whatsoever in locating it.The stay would have been improved if a handbook for the air conditioning was available. It wasn't until two days before we left that we discovered how it works. Also, the hot water was sometimes a bit of a mystery, especially in the kitchen. A few basics such as salt and pepper and/or herbs would have helped too as we had to buy everything from scratch although a welcome pack containing olive oil and washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets was provided. Having said that, we would definitely return to this apartment as the aspect,looking at the lake through the trees, is wonderful."

The space
This lovely apartment with a private lake-view garden, is perfect for a couple or family vacation with pets. The private garden is equipped with an outdoor and covered dining table with direct access to the living area. It has a living room with a sofa bed flat-screen Tv and dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, and microwave. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a queen-size bed with access to the back garden. A large bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
The apartment is entirely on the first floor and is part of the "Poggio San Michele" Residence.

The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. A swimming cap could be required.

The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a double sofa bed, an armchair, a Tv, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, a kettle, a microwave and an American coffee machine. From here, guests will access the balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing in the open air. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one is fitted with a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second one, which has access to the balcony, is provided with a bunk bed and a single one. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
