Villa located about a mile and a half from the center of Folgaria, exactly in the hamlet of Mezzaselva. The villa has a large garden (about 800 sqm) completely fenced. The villa has a renovated heating system in 2016. The electrical system has been redone in 2016 and ALL the appliances, except for the fridge, were bought new in summer 2016. During the summer the villa was also re-decorated both inside and out. The furnishing has been almost entirely renovated and the furnishings and blankets are, in principle, new to the store. I warn you that you can often find my phone closed, nevertheless I respond quickly by e-mail. The cost of accommodation published may not be the same as the request for the periods of August and December.
