We (two friends) were given a triple room on the 2nd floor; this reflected the dated and horrible décor on the whole floor (interestingly, the décor looks new) and was not fit for purpose. A twin room was quickly procured on the first floor; this was far better in terms of décor and finish. The hotel handled this very well indeed, and without fuss. Breakfast is comprehensive, and as you would expect. We did not dine in the evening, so I cannot comment on the food. The spa facilities are excellent and modern. The bar area is modern, and styled in contemporary fashion - although some may find the overall appearance a little heavy on the bling. The wine list is decent, but the markups on the top wines are rather steep. Selling a €80 bottle of 2011 Tignanello for €330 is not acceptable. Maybe it's the clientele they are looking for? We had to leave early in the morning. Without prompting, the hotel offered breakfast bags - a nice touch. In summary, it's a modern hotel with helpful staff, in a great location. Overall value for money was good. I would certainly stay here again. "

- "I would stay at hotel again. We stayed for a week for skiing with two kids (6yo and 3yo). It was very convenient. The ski school was next door and the rental shop was down stairs. The hotel is very kid friendly. There is a kids club (TH Land) and they were awesome! They picked up the kids from ski school. The primary negative about the hotel was the dinner schedule. They don’t serve dinner until 730pm, which was not all that convenient with smaller kids (note most restaurants in town didn’t open till 6pm either). - "The Oberosler hotel is definitely 5*, we stayed in July for one week but wished we were there for much longer.The hotel is very modern in design and very tastefully done. Our room was on the top floor overlooking the town and mountains above, stunning views. The room was very spacious and there was a small room fro my 14 year old daughter, great for her own privacy. All the rooms are themed and we were in the Blue Jean One, very nice. The staff were very friendly and Armida the owner who has designed the hotel was an absolutely perfect host. The girls Margarita and Daniela on reception were always smiling even though they work very long hours, they greeted us everytime we were in reception or the bar. the waiter leonardo in Tre Sensi restaurant was very helpful and charming. The Ober1 barman Achille was very professional and very friendly. Elia the Do it All man was on hand for your every need whether in the pool or early morning call. The food in the Tre Sensi restaurant was amazing and we wished we had gone half board instead of just breakfast only, but we still had 4 evening meals.The pool and spa were a welcome end to long days walking in the beautiful Brenta Dolomites. - "My husband and I had a perfect 5-night stay at Hotel Gianna! Check-in was very easy and convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped us navigate the town and mountains, and were always available to answer all of our questions. The hotel offers a discount for ski rentals at the shop just down the road - which also delivers your equipment directly to the hotel so you don't have to carry it. The hotel has ski lockers with boot warmers, which were such a nice touch! There's a free shuttle from the hotel that takes you to the slopes and picks you back up at the end of the day. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the center of town, and there are also a few restaurants just a few minutes away. Not to mention the hotel's restaurant, which is a great option! We had dinner there one night and it was definitely one of our best meals of the trip. We also had massages at the spa while we were there, which were so relaxing. Overall, we can't recommend Hotel Gianna enough, and will definitely be staying here again next time we're in town!"

Walls are VERY thin, so I kept hearing my next room neighbors TV. The Spa and the restaurant service was the opposite of that of the front-desk. They were kind, friendly and very helpful and the food was good for breakfast and dinner. The Spa massages were great and affordable. Nevertheless, the SAUNA IS NOT FREE (costs 8 Euro PER HOUR) and its super small, there's also no relaxation area, and the pool side is horribly noisy and full of children 24/7. The ski rental was OK, but they don't speak English. In general I would not recommend to stay there and I would not stay there again. It's a good place to visit and eat in, but not to stay. Not even for the perfect location. "

They work hard and are always available to make your stay a good one. The front desk person, Sylvia, helped me in ways words cannot express. My passport and license was kept by Alamo at Malpensa. I called the hotel and Sylvia made all the arrangements to get my passport delivered because Alamo failed to offer ways to return it to me. By the time I got to the hotel I was in a state of panic and exhaustion. The staff attended to every need I had, from the lost passport to picking me up after I could not find the hotel due to exhaustion. My dining experience was exceptional and the dinner menu never failed to make my evenings memorable. The pastries were my favorite part of each meal and knowing I couldn’t resist trying a few was one of my fondest indulgences this past week at the Hotel Diana. I recommend this well managed and comfortable hotel at the highest level for exceeding my needs and going beyond the typical experiences I have had traveling over many years. If I go back to this area, I would never look at any other place to stay because they this one does everything with their hearts and personal touch. I felt safe, cared for and pampered here. Ate breakfast there every morning, nice assortments of pastries, meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, coffees and teas. We did not have a refrigerator in our room, but it was very convenient (and cold) to open the window and store our beverages and yogurts on the ledge. I am not a skier, but it appears that they have beautiful ski slopes, and Madonna di Campiglio is known for their skiing. The town is very nice and fun to explore. Lots of upscale shopping, nice cafes, and wonderful restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. The people in town can speak English fairly well, so you will be able to converse even if you cannot speak Italian. Multiple bus stops within walking distance so you can explore the other towns in the area. If you take the bus to Trento, you can hop a train to many cities in Italy, such as Venice, Rome, and Milan; it is also a great way to explore some of the smaller cities such as Bolzano or Verona. "

We had to leave at 5.00am to catch an early flight and they were up at 4.30am with the coffee ready and help with our cases and a fond farewell. They are very close to a wonderful restaurant "Le Roi" where residence with them gives you 10% discount on your bill. It is always full and booking a table is essential. The best pub in town " The Hungry Wolf" is just across the road and the town centre is 5 minutes walk away. What more could you ask for?"
