Inside an old farmhouse, recently renovated, is available this lovely apartment, on the ground floor, with private entrance. Located in the quiet countryside of Porto Fuori, a hamlet of Ravenna, halfway between the center of Ravenna and the sea.
Great for 2/4 people for a holiday among the historical and cultural beauties of Ravenna and/or the fun/relaxation of the Ravenna beaches. If there is no availability for this apartment, look at the listing "Antico Casolare".

The space
Nice studio on the 45 sqm ground floor, with independent entrance, inside a recently renovated old farmhouse.
The cottage is strategically located about a 10 minute drive to the historic center of Ravenna (about 7km), 5km to the sea (Lido di Dante and Lido Adriano).
About 2 km from the farmhouse there is a bus stop (Line 1) from which you can easily reach the center, the train station and the beaches.
The apartment is equipped with a double bed, sofa bed (for two people), private bathroom, kitchenette, air conditioning, wifi and free private parking.


The cottage has a common condominium park of about 2000 square meters that can be used by the guests to relax in the tranquility of the countryside.
In the common room there are some bicycles, great for reaching both the center of Ravenna and the sea.
Mirabilandia's amusement park is reachable as it is just 13 km from Adriatic high-flowing Adriatic state road (15 min drive).
About 10 minutes by car (6 km) you can reach the new Archaeological Park of Classe - L'Antico Porto di Classe - and L' Oasi di Punte Alberete - Delta Po Park, a famous nature reserve.

About 2 km from the farmhouse, in the town of Porto Fuori, you can find restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shop, supermarket, bar, grocery, banks, post office and laundry.
The cottage is made up of several residential units, mostly inhabited continuously.
