- "First of all, despite repeated requests to the host through TravelStaytion, a company that seems to manage this property, I did not receive an instruction for how to check-in until I called the host twice (day before and the day of check-in) and get an email for instruction. During the stay I replied to that email asking how I dispose garbages but did not get an answer. Nobody showed up while we were staying and we had to figure out how to use the property, including whether the bathroom (located outside the door so that we could encounter other guests while entering it) is only for our unit or shared with other guests. Air-conditioning was terrible. During the day while it was over 30 degrees celcius outside, and in the evening afterwards, it was impossible to stay in bedrooms without airconditioning. It was a reception room only that was airconditioned. In addition, we found water in a flower vase was not replaced for many days. Ashtray on the outside ledge of kitchen window was full of cigarette butts. We ended up finding another hotel after two nights, well knowing that we cannot get refund from Expedia at that point. I urge Expedia to carefully examine this place and take it down from the listing."

Cozy and comfortable 36 sqm studio apartment for 3 people with a double bed and a folding bed, located on the first floor of a recently renovated period building, without lift. Balcony with table and two chairs for relaxing in the evening.
The apartment overlooks the covered market, a few steps from the Castle and the Town Hall, and enjoys a central location (ZTL - traffic restricted area), but remains quiet.

The space
The inside is organized as follows:
Living area: kitchen equipped with mocha, washing machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and kitchen utensils.
Sleeping area: raised double bed with gate, folding single bed and television.
Bathroom: shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer, split air conditioning.

Other services available: fan, unlimited free wifi, iron board, clothes rack and clothes hanger, split air conditioning.

OTHER INFORMATION:
-The apartment can accommodate children (gate for children to prevent access to the raised bed and socket covers in unused sockets).
- There is an internal step that divides the living area from the sleeping area.

USEFUL INFORMATION:
Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 0.30 cent.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.

NB: You must complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.

Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
