Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials inc Dishwasher and coffee percolator! Washing machine was useful too. Modern shower room and an additional cloakroom was clean and all worked well. Plenty of car parking space in the shade of trees, behind electric gates for security. Walking distance to the beach (even the free beach!) and town centre. Mini market, Bike hire, Restaurants and a Gelateria were all just across the road (in Aug 2013)."

- "Arrived as the sun was going down, due to our own phone problems the owner did not know when we would arrive so he opened up for us. Our first impressions were; the flat was dark as the shutters were closed and the lights very dim, but oh how this first impression was wrong.The location was fantastic, the drive through to to the small complex was a little miss-leading, but once there the area was as precious as an oasis. We had some of the best sleeps ever the bed was so comfortable and the area so quiet no night noise at all. The flat was very well equipped everything that we needed was provided. The one negative for us was no Wifi the phone problems we had did not resolve and we were cut off from our world, perhaps on reflection not such a bad thing. We would book and return again without hesitation."

The host communicated in English and was timely with his responses. Check in was slightly challenging as the woman who did the actual checking in spoke no English so some things were missed in translation, but ultimately we figured it out using a translation app. It’s important to note that when we booked, WiFi was listed on the list of amenities, but there’s no WiFi. It was a little shocking to us given a) it’s 2024 and b) we were planning on working US hours. But…the cell service is a full 5G So setting up a personal hotspot was no big deal. It all worked out in the end and didn’t take away from the 5 stars we're giving the property. "
