Our villa is well located at the edge of a village, 20 kms West of Florence,
in a beautiful and panoramic location with a fantastic view overlooking Florence.
You can eat outside or swim in the pool with views over Florence and over the Medicean Villa "La Ferdinanda".

The OUTDOOR POOL is private (4.50 m x 7.50 m x 1.20 m/h) and is to be shared only with our family.
The pool is usually open from end of May until 20th of September, depending on the season. You can have access to the pool throughout the day.
KINDLY NOTE: access to the pool is only allowed if you wear a swimming cap.

LA SOLARIA APARTMENT:
It is a nice apartment of 60 square meters, located on the ground floor of our villa.
The apartment has a private garden and an independent entrance.
It is composed of a large bedroom with a double bed (180x190 cm), a bright living-room with a well equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed (180x190 cm), a bathroom with shower.

The apartment overlooks the private garden where our guests can eat, sunbathe and rest and enjoy a magnificent landscape. The furniture is delicious and comfortable.

You can visit the Leonardian Museum, Leonardo's Christmas House and other monuments tied to its figure. In our farm you can enjoy an absolute tranquility, as you will be surrounded by plants of olive trees, cypresses and vineyards. When we arrived they didn’t want to give us a wine tasting because “they had already done three that day.” They led us to a property 1 km from the actual farmhouse that was isolated and did not reflect the advertised pictures. It was also full of bugs. I made the reservation for their restaurant one month ago, and they confirmed it. When we checked in they said we could just taste the wine at dinner and when we wanted to buy a bottle they said you can just buy it at dinner. The one English speaker on the staff told us we could have breakfast at the restaurant by the reception desk and we also saw the wine tastings going on at this restaurant. So we came at 7:45 since they said they opened at 7:30, and the doors were all locked and hallway lights off. Our family of four had to then go to the nearest town to try and find dinner with no reservations on a Sunday night at 8 pm. When I reached out to the host she rudely said they were open and served 100 people, implying I am the one to blame. I then learned there was a second restaurant where they serve dinner which is different than the first restaurant where they serve breakfast and do wine tastings. The lady who checked us in never communicated that there was a second restaurant on the property, she did not make it up to us in any way. We never got to try a single product which was the whole reason we booked a stay at this vineyard."

- "The property is quite a long way up the hills behind the city, but this gives it a fabulous view. On the plus side too, the hosts were very pleasant and responsive and the rooms were quite spacious. However, we were there in May when it was quite cool and the pool was not open, and our apartment was in the main house and not the one pictured in the photo, which was a bit disappointing."
