The apartment was on the first level and had a private driveway with gate and a nice shaded area with picnic table to lounge outside. The front also had lawn chairs, table, andawnings that could be extended to give ample shade from the sun. The was plenty of privacy and the home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were not lacking any amenities and kitchen was fully stocked. Bathroom was a good size as was the shower. Beds comfortable. Home was very clean. The main living area was large. All windows had screens to keep out bugs. The is a supermarket and a downtown area within ten min walk. We had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.
