The holiday home Allodola is near Lucca in the wine area of Montecarlo. It's part of a country house that is now divided into 3 parts. The 2 outer parts are holiday flats Allodola and Usignolo. In the middle lives the owner family. The first flat is elegantly and modernly furnished. It has a large living with integrated kitchen at the entrance. In the night part there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bath. Air conditioning/heating 8 € per day (if requested) Deposit 350 €

The space
There are two driveways with electric gates. The terraces are situated in such a way that you only look at the nature of the area and do not see the other residents. Flat Allodola is located on the right side of the house.
In the large garden with olive trees is the pool (11,5 x 5,5) which is used by both holiday flats Allodola and Usignolo. Outside, in the garden, there is a table where you can eat outside.

Guest access
The flat and the terrace are for the private use of the guests only. The garden and the pool are for common use of the two flats Allodola and Usignolo.

Other things to note
The flat is ideal for living, exploring or simply relaxing in Tuscany.
Nearby the flat Allodola are some of the wineries of Montecarlo. There you can taste and buy the local wine and olive oil. Some of them also serve typical food. You can go for a walk directly from the house and if you want to visit Tuscany, this is an ideal starting point.
