The intervention had as criteria driving the recovery, as far as possible, of each element preesesistente and the attention to energy savings. The space
This spacious and modern apartment combines modern style with the feeling of open space. It is located on the 1st floor of a typical Parmesan building with an overview of Parco Ferrari. Just 10 minutes away from Parma city center, this pleasant location is a wonderful starting point for exploring all of the notable landmarks of the historic center, especially for those who drive a car. It's free street parking with no sweeping street days.

The guest bedroom can accommodate one person with one full bed, a living area with two sofas ad tv, a shared bathroom, and laundry facilities.

The open kitchen area is fully equipped with all of the necessities. The apartment is fully air-conditioned (but not in the individual rooms) and offers generous storage space.

This stylish accommodation is perfect for those who desire moments of tranquility, either they come for pleasure or business.

I'm not living in the apt at the moment. My room is taken by a friend of mine, Nicola, who manages the apt in my absence.

I'm not living in the apartment at the moment and I have some friends stays over in my room from time to time. I’m always available over the phone for place to visit, restaurants tips or whatever the guest might need.
