- "We had an amazing time (12 nights) in this superb, generous (two bathrooms!), elegant furnished apartement. The terrace is ingenious! In the apartement we found everything we needed. Nicola and his wife are very kind and welcomed us with cake and wine. We felt very comfortable the whole time :-) . As the apartement is located in the historic centre of beautiful Ravenna, you don´t need a car to visit all the sights. You can walk to the "Piazza del Popolo" in less than 5 minutes. Even the supermarket and the organic-food-shop are in the vicinity. In Germany we live very rural, so at the beginning the normal noise of city life was a bit strange for us. But we soon got used to it. Besides the bedrooms are placed towards the courtyard and are quiet. We would like to stay there at any time!"

The vintage style bedroom, in line with the rest of the flat, consists of two single beds, a wardrobe, side tables, chairs, mirror, and a balcony from where you can enjoy the view. Table and chairs on the balcony will be there for you to enjoy the breakfast or a beer at sunset.

The guests can help themselves to coffee, teas selected with care during my travels and herbal teas. The buffet style breakfast is complimentary and includes tea, coffee, milk, home baked cakes and biscuits, homemade yoghurt (when available), cereals and locally produced fruit. In alternative to cake and biscuits I can bake bread to enjoy with butter and jam.

Guests will have access to the shared dining room (with cable TV), the shared bathroom as well as the kitchen (only at breakfast).

During your stay
In this house you will be my guests and HONEY's who is the real hostess, if you don't like dogs you can't choose this accommodation with her, you need patience. HONEY is a bit wary of strangers and will surely bark at you vigorously upon your arrival and maybe even sometime during your stay, don't be intimidated, it doesn't bite, it just needs time to get used to you, don't look at it, do yours things calmly and everything will be fine. I will mediate the experience and if you want to socialize with her we could do some exercises together.

Single room in quiet apartment with spacious terrace in the heart of the city dock, a stone's throw from the station, downtown and amenities.

My accommodation is close to Autostrada, Ravenna, Mirabilandia, Mare. You will love my place for these reasons: Quiet area, quiet, spacious rooms, hospitality, great breakfasts.. My place is suitable for groups, for business travelers, families (with children). N.B. Fee indicated on the listing per person.

The space
The house is in a quiet area of Santerno, a small town in the Romagna countryside. We are 10 minutes from Ravenna and close to the motorway exit.
The rooms are on the first floor. Two large double bedrooms with an added single bed with the possibility of adding an additional single bed. Another single with large double bed. Breakfast is homemade with our local produce.
Shared bathroom and available, in addition to the bathroom on the ground floor. Both bathrooms are shared.
