We would be happy to host you in our Grožnjan room for 2, which was- just like the rest of 'Istrian treasure' rooms completely rebuilt from scratch last summer. The room has a private bathroom and it's perfect for 2 people.

The space
The room is equipped with two single beds and a private bathroom.
There is a common small kitchen which you can use, tea and coffee are complementary. Kitchen is suitable for preparing only simple breakfasts, not proper meals.

Why Grožnjan? All the rooms and the apartment in the flat have a common topic -Istrian treasures- meaning that every room is a representative of a different small Istrian town which often remains unknown to tourists. This room is about Grožnjan, a small Istrian town approx. an hour drive towards Slovenian border. It is a beautiful, picturesque town with old stone houses, placed on the top of a hill, giving a breathtaking view.

Our place is 5 minutes by car from old center and from the sea &10 minutes from all beaches. Quiet place around the wood Busoler ideal for relax with a playground for kids. 350 meters away is City Mall Pula, near is karting and golf. Enjoy in 3000 years of history. Amphitheater and the old church St. Antony looking down to the sea to the attractive light cranes which are the modern miracle in the world. There is main square, Forum, Temple of Augustus and many attractive monuments to see.

Our place is calm and ideal for your vacations. A kitchen all equipments for four people and all cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups, one bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet bowl and wall heater, toilet cabinet with hairdryer. Dinning room has a sofa bed for comfortable sitting for eight people and two for sleeping on. There is a satellite TV and the air condition with exit to the balcony. Balcony has a table with chairs, umbrella and clothes dryer. In the apartment you have an iron, ironing board, dress and dress stand. Bedroom is on a gallery and it has one double bed and one bed for one person. If you need a crib we have one. Please ask us before you come. Eight guests have a sitting area in the garden with fireplace and summer kitchen.

This modern shared Apartment with the host (your room with private bathroom ) in a period building is situated right in the heart of PULA. It is perfectly located for exploring pretty much all the main tourist attractions such as Gate of Hercules, Triumph(Arena 5-8 min walking). As to the charming cafes, shops and restaurants they are just a stone's throw away from the apartment. If you wish to cook yourself, our kitchen is fully equipped with the central market pretty much on your doorstep.

This second floor apartment is just over 80M2 (your room is over 25 m2,) with two bathrooms at your disposals and fully equipped kitchen. The Bus stop is outside of the building with connections to most locations, bear in mind Pula is a very small city (some hills) and therefore all is reachable on foot.
