Our house is located on the northern outskirts of Klagenfurt at 720m above sea level.
In a quiet forest edge location in the middle of nature, there is a wonderful view of the mountains.

The outside grounds were unkept and overgrown, the entrance did not have stairs and was only a steep ramp which is a hazard in my opinion. The communication with the owner was prompt. She allowed us to check in early, when the WIFI didn't work, she called to walk us through the steps to get it working. I didn't tell her about the fridge because we didn't really need it except for cooling beverages. There was a washing machine that seemed new but we never used it. The windows are newer dual pane. I chose this place, knowing it was dated but wanted to be close to a friend I was visiting. Even though the apartment was a 2 minute walk to my friend's house which was VERY convenient, I don't think I would book here again, unfortunately. I did not like the place but the owner seemed ready to help and accessible. If she had not been communicative, I probably would have counted my losses and booked another place and lost the money spent on this one."

Unsere oberen beiden Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss haben darüber hinaus auch ein eigenes Badezimmer, die unteren beiden Schlafzimmer (Elternzimmer+Kinderzimmer) teilen sich ein großes Bad. Das Kinderzimmer beinhaltet ein Etagenbett (unten 140x90 und oben 100x90) und diverse Spielsachen und Bücher. My accommodation is close to the airport and city center. The location is very convenient! Free parking in front of the door! The house is located in a quiet residential area. Nearby (300m) there is a supermarket, a bakery and a few shops. A bike can be rented for € 10 / day. By bike it will take you around 5-10min to the city center and to the the lake it will take you about 15min
