- "We stayed here for the 2nd time. Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great, the service wonderful. All employees are very friendly and professional. - "The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. The breakfest was very tasty and almost perfect, more vegtables are needed. the breakfest serivce was perfect. The spa is well equipped and maintained with elegance touch - we enjoyed it so much. A warmer hot tab will make the experience complete. The rooms are big and sparkling clean, if you are planning to use the sofa bed for an adult, ask for a matress topper in advance as it isn't comfortable enough without it. The hotel offers a very convienient ski room and shuttel to the main lifts. The Romerhof restaurant (there is another fine dining restaurant at the Tenerhof building) didn't meet my expectations, it was too pricy (10 euros for 750 cc bottle of water for example) and I didn't enjoy the Schnitzel. Overall it was a great stay and we will surely return if we"ll visit Kitzbuel again. "

The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony looking out over the fields at the back of the hotel. The whole atmosphere was one of calm and comfort. That night we decided to dine in the hotel restaurant and chose the 'Surprise' menu, billed as consisting of three courses. It was in fact five courses of exquisite delights! The price point was very good for what we received, the service was excellent and very friendly. We also chose the 'surprise' selection of wines: one white, two red, and one dessert wine (we shared these between us but I'd recommend getting one selection per person). We weren't told about the wines until the end and the lady who spoke to us was very knowledgable. We made use of the spa the following day. I cannot over-emphasise how immaculately clean and how wonderful the facilities were. There was a large relaxation room with complimentary tea and magazines. The steam room was excellent, as were the two saunas (with the cold 'ice room' in between). The buffet-style breakfast provided was out of this world! The quality and freshness of everything and the wide range of choices were unbelievable! One could also order freshly-cooked eggs in any style (which were delicious). There was even live music on the Sunday morning! We will definitely stay here again. We cannot recommend it highly enough: simply fantastic."

- "We had a great stay in apartment number five, but our checkin process with the front desk at Crystal Hotel was horrible. Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. We do not use euros and I had to do a quick calculation in my head to notice the difference, which was significant. The front desk told us they had gotten new IT and he had to call his manager who could explain the higher bill. The manager eventually came and could explain we were more people than the apartment could accommodate and therefore we had been moved to another apartment. I got annoyed at this point, mainly because 1) we were asked to pay for the more expensive apartment and was not informed about the change (I discovered the price difference). And 2) we had a confirmation for Hotels.com for the apartment booked with our correct ages and number of people. The detached house is located shortly after Aurach towards Jochberg. The bus stop is about 200 meters away. In winter, there are excellent ski bus connections to Kitzbühel, Jochberg and Pass Thurn. The city of Kitzbühel is about 5 km away. By car, it's about 7 minutes to drive. A parking space is available free of charge in front of the house.
The cross-country ski trail between Kitzbühel and Jochberg is about 300 meters away. In the immediate vicinity of the trail there is also a winter hiking trail.

A double room with one bed in a very nice, traditional, old farm in a quiet location surrounded by fields and views of the Tyrolean Alps. If you are looking for relaxation and peace, this is the place to be. Running, hiking and cycling trails start at the house.

The space
The rooms at the Hechenbichl-Hof are a simple accommodation for open-minded people. We offer a nice place with a lot of freedom.
We have rooms for individuals and can accommodate larger groups. It is a simple establishment and we are proud of the preservation of this old farmhouse and invite you to become part of this centuries old history. There are still cows in the house, the stable is right after. In summer, these are on the Alm! A bee colony is in the garden and herbs can be harvested fresh in front of the house. There are occasional permaculture elements present and how are ecologically-minded people welcome here.
The entrance (Gang!) Is huge and invites you to stay with others. The kitchen, bathroom and corridor are shared with other flatmates. I host the front of the house as a host. There is an old kitchen with wood stove available! Electric cooker, coffee machine, dishwasher and all other things in the kitchen can be shared. Bathrooms and toilets are also shared with other guests.
On the first floor is a large room for z. Eg courses or party. The whole house is also for rent, see listing Hechenbichl, it can accommodate more than 8 people.
In the house there are three hearths for wood.

Central heating with connection radiator for each room.
Kitchen with wood stove.
Tiled stove in room (currently in private use.).
The firewood is billed separately, see prices. No fire without prior instruction.

It should be noted that this is an old farmhouse and the point heat in many respects, the attention of all people living in the house claims. If wood is refilled, then it is warm, no wood refilled, can cool the house.

There are electric radiators available for the colder season, which can be provided upon request. The electricity for this is to be paid.
