The location is just a few blocks walk from a very central thriving area as well as the bridge over to the old town center. The only negative (only slight) was we heard a lot of foot steps above us off and on, but never long enough to bother too much. I did fail to read the part about the stairs. It is three flights (no lift) and the steps increase in steepness each flight. We got used to it, but just beware. "

The space
consists of 3 rooms: living-bedroom (bed 160 cm wide) with kitchen area, shower/toilet, anteroom and offers the greatest possible privacy (private entrance).
Everything is available to make it cozy and practical. Cable TV (smart TV) and Internet ensure up-to-date information and the usual connection to the outside world (friends, business, etc.).

The small washing machine provides fresh laundry after sporting activities (lift the door upwards when opening and simultaneously press the opener). You have to provide your own laundry detergent.
In the shower there is a pull-out hanger for drying shirts, sweaters, etc. on clothes hooks, a clothes rack, and another laundry drying device is on the back wall of the carport directly next to the garden area in front of the window. When using the clothes rack to dry the laundry in the studio, please turn on the dehumidifier and empty the water in the drawer below daily. The dehumidifier is under the table.
An iron with ironing mat to protect the table top is also on site.
Kitchen area: Fridge with ***freezer compartment above, a multifunction stove, ceramic hob and the mini dishwasher saves the unpopular washing of tableware.

Guest access
1 uncovered parking space is available free of charge per studio on the property (see photos 14-16). Please do not park in the carports, as they are allocated to the permanent tenants in the main house.
Winter: the outdoor parking spaces are not always cleared in winter. A snow shovel and broom are available. A “ski room” is not available. Guests leave their skis or snowboards in the car or in the ski rental (e.g. free depot ski rental Alpendorf/St. Johann).
Summer: Bicycle stand on the northeast side of the main house.

Arrival : Booking or arrival on Sunday or on an Austrian holiday is NOT POSSIBLE
The studio is not cleaned on Sundays or public holidays.
For a departure on Sunday, check-out is possible instead of 9.30/10.00 a.m. to 2 p.m.
If you wish to arrive on Sunday or holiday, the working day before that is booked (special case).

PRICE INFORMATION:
Prices are seasonal, weekly prices are cheaper than daily prices. The basic price always refers to 1 person/bed, for a 2nd person the surcharge is €20,- per night.

For the time of their stay, the studio/apartment is their sole PRIVATE LIVING AREA !

Hygiene and household items in small quantities as initial equipment: e.g. toilet paper, tabs/powder for dishwasher, hand dish soap, detergent (if something has been left behind by the guests) for the washing machine, soap.
Kitchen: under the fridge (open fridge door) is a compartment with replacement plastic sacker for organic waste and residual waste containers under the sink, further dish towels and microfiber towels for washing the pots and pans.
Under the sink, you will find dishwashing powder in the glass for the small dishwasher for glasses and tableware. Furthermore, hand dishwashing detergent, etc.
