NOT 5 star, but neither was the price. Clean bathroom. Double lumpy bed. Kitchenette has plenty cutlery and crockery no pots and pans. Portable oven cooked everything in it, used foil in place of pan. Portable stove top which I didn't use due to no pots and pans. Small fridge, worked really well. No WiFi or TV, but I used my own. Hosts 2 doors down in antique shop, very nice and approachable. Bedding cost me €9, could bring your own. There is a small lift, but I still had to climb 6 steps to my room. Don't know about other floors. Floorboards creaky, but I got used to it. Simcards/phone purchases 5 min walk Magenta, and another one 10 min walk. Mobility scooter repairer Trittbet Heldon 15 min walk. Hop on buses - just don't! They're anything but. They do one loop, one guy narrates in English and German; so boring, I embarrassingly fell asleep! Taxi stand about 5 min. Taxi fare to Graz Central Train terminal cost me €14."

- "I would describe it as being like staying in a Ikea showroom. The room was large with a separate bedroom, sitting area with a large screen TV, kitchen along with table and chairs. Easy access, the code was sent in plenty of time. Lots of storage, a crazy amount. My only issue was the washing machine/dryer, all the settings were in German. We had to lay our close out in the room to dry. No idea how to work the machine. I did request laundry soap but we never got any, had to buy our own. The location is close to restaurants and transportation. Lots of shops around also. I would definitely stay at a Limehome again."

The apartment and kitchen is well equipped. Other apartments we stayed were way much more clean then this one. We never met the host but the checkin / checkout instruction were clear. The apartment is on the ground floor and has 65m ^ 2 of living space. It is located near the Kepler Bridge at the foot of the Schlossberg in the inner city. Very centrally located, only max. 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tram to the center (main square). The main train station can also be reached in just 5-7 minutes by bus.
You can walk up to the Schloßberg directly from the house and reach the Starcke-Haus or the Graz clock tower in about 15 minutes. The apartment is rented exclusively as a holiday apartment and is not occupied by me.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and kitchen appliances, and there is no food in the apartment. Therefore, if you want to cook, you have to bring or buy everything you need in this regard (the nearest supermarket is about 5 minutes away on foot, Hofer (Aldi) and Billa).

In the apartment there are 2 large double beds in each of the 2 bedrooms, on which there is enough space to sleep comfortably. Furthermore, in one bedroom there is a sofa bed with 2 additional sleeping possibilities, so 6 (2 + 4) people can sleep comfortably in 2 rooms in the apartment. There is no living room. An additional bed would still be possible. For families with children I can provide a travel cot or 2 fall protection devices for the bed.

A washing machine is also available.

Parking in the streets is a bit complicated due to the parking zones in the inner city of Graz (see blue and green zones Graz-> information). If you have any questions, just discuss with me beforehand which is the best parking option.

In the neighboring house there is a bakery where you can buy very good pastries and also have breakfast.

There is a bus stop right by the house (lines 58 and 63), the buses leave from the main train station in the direction of the university district. Tram lines 4 and 5 are only 50 meters away. These drive into the center (Graz main square) and then on to the Graz city hall and the UPC arena (football stadium).
Bed linen is included in the rental price, for towels I charge a small extra allowance. You will be provided with a large shower towel and a small towel per person. If this additional expense allowance is not desired, please just bring your own towels. A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night is also payable. This will be deducted when the deposit is repaid. Children up to 15 years do not pay tourist tax. Students who study in Graz for a month and people who work for at least 14 days in Graz do not pay tourist tax.

- "The building is old and a bit shabby but the apartment is bright and in good condition. The kitchen door to the balcony could use a curtain for privacy. Parking is a problem. From 0900 to 2000, the entire district turns into a "short-park zone," necessitating the purchase of parking tickets that must be displayed on the dashboard and allow a maximum of three hours parking. It is expensive and a hassle and the parking police regularly patrol, looking for offenders. The University is just down the street and the district is much more oriented to bicycles and public transportation. Angela was most responsive when the water boiler and the internet failed during our stay."

- "Patrick's place in Graz Old Town had pretty much all you would need for a home-away-from-home stay; the grocery store was also just around the corner. This was a very quiet place despite of the road work on the street where the apartment is. The new double-glass windows are very efficient for blocking sound from outside and also the other inhabitants were very quiet. The code-key lock was great!" - "The property worked well for us. Though small, it had everything we needed. Washer and dryer worked by it took a longtime to get one load done. It was a short walk across the bridge to Old Town which we expected. What we didn't expect was the road construction on the street the property sits on. We had a hard time locating the property since GPS send you to the torn up street and you can't drive down that. Further construction in the area made is difficult to navigate initially, so arrival and check-in were very stressful. It would have been good to be given some instructions on the best way to get close enough to drop off luggage and then make our way to parking lot. Perhaps putting the lockbox with some identification sign at the backdoor would make it easier."
