- "It was a truly amazing experience to stay at this chalet. Initially, we were worried because there was no review and it almost seemed too good to be true. However, Philipp (who manages the property) was always responsible and helpful. The Chalet looks exactly the same (if not better) as these beautiful picture. It comes with well-equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), two massive TVs, fireplace, plenty of space to hang out and relax. They also gave us some wine and cheese as well, which was a very nice touch. The chalet was located about 15-20 mins walk to the gondola, however it was really nice to walk in the morning so we didn't really mind. If you take a cab, it was usually EUR10, so not too bad if split with others, especially after a day of skiing. Jochberg itself felt more like a place for family, so no nightlife / not many places to eat out. Taxi to Kitzbuhel costs EUR25 - again, not too bad. The chalet was so nice that we spent a lot of time hanging out instead of going out, and we still had an amazing time. Overall, it was an amazing experience staying here and my friends and I had a great time. Thank you so much!"

Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of St Johann, the Chalet looks out onto the craggy massif of the renowned Wilder Kaiser along with views of Kitzbühler Horn. Each season presents it’s own charms be it the beautiful spring flowers; extensive hiking and cycling trails in the summer and autumn, or the dramatic scenery of the snow covered mountains with 2750km of perfectly groomed pistes.
The non-smoking Chalet with free Wi-Fi offers ideal accommodation from 1- 6 persons but will sleep up to 7 one bedroom can sleep 3.

The dining/kitchen is practical and well equipped with Miele appliances (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, family fridge and freezer). A washing machine and dryer are also available in the Chalet. The dining area allows you to enjoy the ambience whilst cooking in the kitchen or whilst you linger over a glass of wine after dinner.

- "Mooi ruim vakantiehuis. Met een fantastisch uitzicht" - "Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin. Lage des Ferienhauses war perfekt - Anreise mit dem PKW mit Schneeketten bis vors Haus möglich, trotzdem direkt an der Skipiste gelegen, dazu noch 2 Carports - einfach perfekt. Das renovierte 300 Jahre alte Bauernhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet (tolle Kombination von Alt und Neu). Auf der schönen Südterrasse mit Holztisch und Liegestühlen kann man prima draußen sitzen und genießen. Allerdings ist das Doppelzimmer im EG sehr klein und hat nur einen kleinen Schrank, der bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen nicht ausreicht um alle Kleider zu verstauen. Auch der Platz am Tisch in der Küche ist, unserer Meinung nach bei einer Belegung mit 10 Personen ziemlich knapp bemessen (für unsere 7-köpfige Gruppe war es ausreichend). Es wäre auch schön, wenn im Badezimmer im EG ein paar Haken oder Halterungen zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern und Kleidern etc. vorhanden wären. Ansonsten war aber Alles perfekt und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder."

- "Very nice house. The road can be an issue but for us not. You have to call to use the washingmachine, that’s not easy" - "Perfect!" - "Perfect place with greate view." - "We werden door de eigenaar goed ontvangen en kregen de nodige info waar we alles konden terug vinden. De weg ernaartoe was inderdaad smal, steil en met veel haarspeldbochten. Gezien we begin maart er een weekje verbleven was dit geen probleem, er was geen sneeuw meer op de weg. Met sneeuw kan ik me voorstellen dat het een gevaarlijk situatie wordt en sneeuwkettingen zeker noodzakelijk zijn. Gelukkig konden we gebruik maken van een broodjesdienst, zo hadden we elke ochtend verse keizerbroodjes. De kamers en bedden waren goed. De keuken wat krap voor 11pers. Gelukkig aten we warm in de berghutten en 's avonds maar een kleinigheid meer want met het aanwezige kookgerief was het nu al toveren om deze kleinigheid klaar te maken. Geen pot groot genoeg om spaghetti te koken en saus te warmen. Verder een super vakantie achter de rug met goed gezelschap."

Living room has about 110 square meters. The house has a total of 360 sqm.

- "I stayed with 2 couples and 3 other friends (total group of 8) in the house and we had plenty of room! 4 of the rooms could easily fit couples, and the other two still had nice sized double beds. We loved using the sauna after a day skiing and every night we watched a film on the projector. The house itself is well equipped with plenty of towels, cooking equipment and entertainment. If you like coffee, we recommend bringing Nespresso pods for the coffee maker. The house is a 10 minute drive from the closest ski area but we really enjoyed driving to the ski area in Jochberg which was more of a 30-40 minute drive. A few supermarkets are 10 minutes drive away as well. The house is located in a small development but you can walk to a small village. I would really recommend this chalet- especially in winter since it has a beautiful fireplace and very comfortable areas for lounging."

Right next to the cross-country ski run, 1.5 km from the ski lift in Reith bei Kitzbühel with an excellent children's ski school, 100 m from the bus stop, 5 km from the Fleckalm, where you can access the Hahnenkamm ski area Kitzbühel / Pass Thurn Fleckalm with free parking. The landlord's office is in the house, as well as a private flat at the first floor, but you will have your seperate entry door.
