- "It was a truly amazing experience to stay at this chalet. Initially, we were worried because there was no review and it almost seemed too good to be true. However, Philipp (who manages the property) was always responsible and helpful. The Chalet looks exactly the same (if not better) as these beautiful picture. It comes with well-equipped kitchen (we cooked dinner twice), two massive TVs, fireplace, plenty of space to hang out and relax. They also gave us some wine and cheese as well, which was a very nice touch. The chalet was located about 15-20 mins walk to the gondola, however it was really nice to walk in the morning so we didn't really mind. If you take a cab, it was usually EUR10, so not too bad if split with others, especially after a day of skiing. Jochberg itself felt more like a place for family, so no nightlife / not many places to eat out. Taxi to Kitzbuhel costs EUR25 - again, not too bad. The chalet was so nice that we spent a lot of time hanging out instead of going out, and we still had an amazing time. Overall, it was an amazing experience staying here and my friends and I had a great time. Thank you so much!"

Located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of St Johann, the Chalet looks out onto the craggy massif of the renowned Wilder Kaiser along with views of Kitzbühler Horn. Each season presents it’s own charms be it the beautiful spring flowers; extensive hiking and cycling trails in the summer and autumn, or the dramatic scenery of the snow covered mountains with 2750km of perfectly groomed pistes.
The non-smoking Chalet with free Wi-Fi offers ideal accommodation from 1- 6 persons but will sleep up to 7 one bedroom can sleep 3.

The dining/kitchen is practical and well equipped with Miele appliances (ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, family fridge and freezer). A washing machine and dryer are also available in the Chalet. The dining area allows you to enjoy the ambience whilst cooking in the kitchen or whilst you linger over a glass of wine after dinner.

The comfortable sitting room and typical wooden Stube provide relaxing spaces after days out sightseeing, skiing or hiking. The flat screen TV (with satellite channels) and Bose sound system allows you to choose your own entertainment. The Chalet also has a selection of books, games, DVDs and CDs.

For skiers there are numerous lift pass options depending whether you want to ski locally or further afield. There are 2750km of perfectly groomed ski slopes, which cover 25 regions within Tirol and Salzburg. The nearest bus stop for St. Johann is 90m away from the Chalet.
The resorts of Going, Ellmau, Scheffau, Söll, Saalbach/Fieberbrunn and Steinplatte are between 9 and 17km from the Chalet.

- "Mooi ruim vakantiehuis. Met een fantastisch uitzicht" - "Sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin. Lage des Ferienhauses war perfekt - Anreise mit dem PKW mit Schneeketten bis vors Haus möglich, trotzdem direkt an der Skipiste gelegen, dazu noch 2 Carports - einfach perfekt. Das renovierte 300 Jahre alte Bauernhaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet (tolle Kombination von Alt und Neu). Auf der schönen Südterrasse mit Holztisch und Liegestühlen kann man prima draußen sitzen und genießen. Allerdings ist das Doppelzimmer im EG sehr klein und hat nur einen kleinen Schrank, der bei einer Belegung mit 2 Personen nicht ausreicht um alle Kleider zu verstauen. Auch der Platz am Tisch in der Küche ist, unserer Meinung nach bei einer Belegung mit 10 Personen ziemlich knapp bemessen (für unsere 7-köpfige Gruppe war es ausreichend). Es wäre auch schön, wenn im Badezimmer im EG ein paar Haken oder Halterungen zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern und Kleidern etc. vorhanden wären. Ansonsten war aber Alles perfekt und wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder."

- "Very nice house. The road can be an issue but for us not. You have to call to use the washingmachine, that’s not easy" - "Perfect!" - "Perfect place with greate view." - "We werden door de eigenaar goed ontvangen en kregen de nodige info waar we alles konden terug vinden. De weg ernaartoe was inderdaad smal, steil en met veel haarspeldbochten. Gezien we begin maart er een weekje verbleven was dit geen probleem, er was geen sneeuw meer op de weg. Met sneeuw kan ik me voorstellen dat het een gevaarlijk situatie wordt en sneeuwkettingen zeker noodzakelijk zijn. Gelukkig konden we gebruik maken van een broodjesdienst, zo hadden we elke ochtend verse keizerbroodjes. De kamers en bedden waren goed. De keuken wat krap voor 11pers. Gelukkig aten we warm in de berghutten en 's avonds maar een kleinigheid meer want met het aanwezige kookgerief was het nu al toveren om deze kleinigheid klaar te maken. Geen pot groot genoeg om spaghetti te koken en saus te warmen. Verder een super vakantie achter de rug met goed gezelschap."

- "I stayed with 2 couples and 3 other friends (total group of 8) in the house and we had plenty of room! 4 of the rooms could easily fit couples, and the other two still had nice sized double beds. We loved using the sauna after a day skiing and every night we watched a film on the projector. The house itself is well equipped with plenty of towels, cooking equipment and entertainment. If you like coffee, we recommend bringing Nespresso pods for the coffee maker. The house is a 10 minute drive from the closest ski area but we really enjoyed driving to the ski area in Jochberg which was more of a 30-40 minute drive. A few supermarkets are 10 minutes drive away as well. The house is located in a small development but you can walk to a small village. I would really recommend this chalet- especially in winter since it has a beautiful fireplace and very comfortable areas for lounging."

The landlord's office is in the house, as well as a private flat at the first floor, but you will have your seperate entry door.

This detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located in Hopfgarten im Brixental in Tyrol, in the middle of the mountains at an altitude of 1200 meters, has a fantastic location and offers a breathtaking view of the Kitzbühel Alps. It is located in the middle of nature, in front of the chalet there is a toboggan run and in summer the hiking trails start right outside the front door.

The chalet has 2 spacious living rooms (one with a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms (one with an additional single bed and one with a bunk bed) and 2 modern bathrooms. You can park directly at the chalet. The chalet also has a beautiful garden with a terrace and is heated by 2 wood stoves (wood is provided).

Especially in winter, be aware that the last 6 kilometers to the chalet are on a steep mountain road and the last 400 meters on a simple dirt road. Snow chains are mandatory there.

Hunters House is located near the town centre in the beautiful town of Lofer. This traditional Austrian chalet sleeps 16 in its 8 bedrooms. The detached home is surrounded on 3 sides by open countryside. The chalet is located in the winter skiing and summer white water town of Lofer just 24 miles from Salzburg airport. None of the villages 13 restaurants are more than 10 mins walk from the house. The village ski lift is just an 8 min walk (or 1 minute drive!) from the house where you can catch a cable car up to the 58km of pisted slopes in the winter; or to the beautiful mountain pastures in the summer to explore the scenic and waterfall strewn paths.
Our basement games room is equipped with a 7ft slate pool table, a 5ft Garlando table football game and a 6ft air hockey table. The basement living room is equipped with TV, British freeview and blueray dvd player.

There were more than adequate bedroom and bathrooms for 12. We did find it difficult to understand the Austrian system of garbage and recycling and when/where to take things. The Westendorf and Brixental Gondolas are just 2km from your door. In summer various hiking/biking routes begin right outside the house. The centre of Westendorf and Brixen are a very pleasant 20min. walk or a few minutes by car or bus (bus-stop in front of house). For those who prefer to ski in Kitzbühel access to the Fleckalmbahn is less than a 10min. drive.

Our chalet is located in a quiet, idyllic, sunny location in Kirchberg. From the center, it is about a 6-minute drive. The rustic yet cozy "cottage" has one bedroom, another bedroom is on the gallery, as well as a hay bed, wellness room with fitness equipment, ski room, storage room for sports equipment. Covered garages are provided. A terrace with sunbathing area and a magnificent view over all the mountains makes some hearts beat faster.

The space
Since we have a rural, cozy cottage with imperial views of some mountains and valleys, you feel very comfortable from the first minute. This time will be an unforgettable vacation - guaranteed !!!

The chalet offers one bedroom, one bedroom on the gallery, as well as another sleeping option on the lower floor, which is accessible by an external staircase. Two bathrooms with shower/toilet. A combined kitchen/living room.
A private room for the wellness area with some fitness equipment is available in the farmhouse.

This private 2 bedroom chalet is ideal for those who want to be in nature straight away and experience a moment of real Tyrolean country life.

**For the Kaiserwinkl Tourist Board area, the tourist tax per adult is 2.60 per night. Children's overnight stays are exempt from the tax until the end of the calendar year in which they celebrate their 15th birthday.**

The first bundle of firewood is a welcome gift, and additional wood can be purchased on-site.

A baby bed, high chair, and stair gate are available upon request. A one-time fee of €28 per stay applies for setup and cleaning.

There’s a small local shop in Schwendt open until 10:00 p.m., and larger supermarkets are available in St. Johann and Kössen for all your grocery needs.
