This attractive, detached family chalet "Senningerblick" is located on a very sunny southern slope with a beautiful panoramic view of the ski and toboggan run, the "Hohe Tauern National Park", the village of Bramberg am Wildkogel and the surrounding mountain world.
The location is ideal, right on the slopes: ski-in, ski-out and directly on the gondola lift the "Smaragdbahn".

Chalet 'Senningerblick' is very centrally located in the child-friendly and family ski area 'Wildkogel Arena', also in the immediate vicinity of Kitzbühel (8 minutes by car from the gondola 'Panorama Bahn'), Kaprun, Zell am See and Gerlos / King's leitings. The very beautiful national nature park Hohe Tauern is on the other side of the valley. In the stylish sauna room with large glass windows you can enjoy a Finnish and Turkish sauna. NEW: from the winter of 2018/2019 the sauna will be continuously on stand-by with the new innovative sauna heater HARVIA FORTE 9kW. The sauna stove is lockable and can be set that the 120 kg stones always remain at temperature. As soon as you want to use your sauna, a short warm-up time is required to bring your sauna to temperature!

A fully equipped kitchen with sufficient utensils, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, 2 oven / grill ovens, large induction hob (5 burner), coffee filter machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

It is not part of a vacation parc but rather real and personal in the sense that the owners have lived there themselves before. It is located at the outskirts of Bramberg, yet at walking distance from the centre and shops. We stayed there for 7 days for winter sports in early March. The house is large and clean, with 4 major bedrooms, and very well equipped. For example, in the kitchen you find everything you might possibly need and adding to the completeness was the presence of warm slippers in different sizes for all visitors. The house is complete but don't expect major luxury. The living room and kitchen are heated with a large stove, which the owners fuel with wood every day. It stays warm until the next day. The owners are very friendly and helpful, they even made the effort to send a forgotten item to us after our stay. In short: we had a pleasant and comfortable stay in a family-friendly setting!"

The alpine furnishings throughout the house radiate alpine charm and cosiness. From the living and dining area and three of the four bedrooms you can enjoy a spectacular view of the village in the valley and the mountains of the Hohe Tauern National Park opposite. The wood-fired tiled stove radiates a cozy warmth. There is ample space for guests to linger at a large dining table, in the cozy bay window and to relax in the living area in the gallery. The rustic kitchen with old wood elements and island is well equipped. Three large bedrooms with extra-large double box spring beds and a rustic attic room under the roof (also with a double bed) offer the best conditions for a good night's sleep. You wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the mountains. There are a total of three bathrooms with high-quality fittings, rain shower and one of them with a bathtub. It is wonderful to relax in the Finnish wooden sauna. The underfloor heating in the entire living area ensures a pleasant warm climate. The house is powered by 100% green electricity and the wood for the tiled stove is supplied by local farmers.

For winter sports enthusiasts there are great options for skiing, snowshoeing and sledding. In less than ten minutes by car you can reach the valley station of the Smaragdbahn, which takes you to the Wildkogel Arena ski area with Europe's longest illuminated toboggan run. It is only 10 minutes to the Panoramabahn in Hollersbach, from which you can take the gondola directly to the ski area of the Kitzbüheler Alpen. The Zillertal Arena, which has the best access in Königsleiten / Hochkrimml, is also very popular and can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. After exercising, you can relax in the in-house sauna, relax in the warmth of the tiled stove and enjoy the views of the lights in the valley.

There is also a lot to offer in the warmer seasons. Take a seat on the sheltered, covered seating area on the terrace with a fantastic view of the mountains.
