- "Großes Haus, wohl früher mal ein Hotel. Sehr abgelegen. Schöne Umgebung, Haus sehr gut in Schuss, Komfort mit Waschbecken im Zimmer und Dusche auf dem Flur ok. Duschen neu und sauber. Zimmer anständig aber nicht komfortabel. Heizung nicht sehr gut. Wenn's draussen kalt ist, wird's frisch im Zimmer. Nichts für Frostbeulen. Sehr schöner Gastraum mit Kamin und sehr gut ausgestattete große Küche mit großem Kühlraum. Extra Kosten für das Feuerholz hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm. Das sollte bei dem Preis mit drin sein. Achtung: Winterausrüstung ist tatsächlich nötig. Wenn es schneit, wird erst nach 9.00 geräumt. Wer also nach einer Schneenacht als erster auf der Piste sein will, muss Schneeketten haben, ohne wär's Harakiri, weil die Strasse teils steil und kurvig ist. Insgesamt eine gute Hütte, wenn man mit vielen Personen Urlaub machen möchte. Highlight ist die Ruhe drum rum und der urige Gastraum, der auch einen Schlechtwettertag auf der Hütte mit vielen Personen und Kindern gut aushalten lässt. Unserer Ansicht nach ein wenig teuer, es gibt allerdings für über 20 Personen kaum günstigeres in vergleichbarer Qualität."

Mayrhofen is a lively village in the Ziller Valley and has that typical Austrian charm. Mayrhofen's après-ski is famous, but also easy to avoid if you prefer peace and quiet after skiing. The space
The bright dining area has a spacious natural wood table with a corner bench and chairs. The ideal place for Hüttenjausen or hearty cabin evenings.
The adjacent kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the cooking becomes a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. Electric stove with oven, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and much more are available.
A Swedish stove and a central heating system bring the Andreas Hofer Hütte to cozy temperatures on colder days.
The bedrooms are on the upper floor and can be reached via a wooden staircase. The room layout is as follows: One double bedroom, twin bedroom, room with double bed and single bed. The triple room also has access to the balcony. Of course, the furnishings are lovingly made of wood here. A crib is available when needed.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has the usual standard such as a shower, toil and sink. Another toilet is situated between the two Andreas Hofer cabins.
Every cabin has a furnished terrace, from which the surrounding mountains of the Zillertal can be admired. There is a garden grill available for balmy summer evenings as well. The adjacent meadows are perfect for sports activities or for four-legged friends with you to let off steam.

On over 90 square meters, a wellness oasis has been created, in which up to seven adult guests can leave everyday life behind them. The living space is distributed on two floors. After a long day in Tyrol with countless impressions of the Zillertal, guests can relax with a book or a film (satellite TV available) in the cozy living room. The tile stove with viewing window ensures a pleasant cabin atmosphere.

Cooking is set in the fully equipped kitchen for children's play. From the electric stove with oven, coffee machine, microwave to dishwasher and kettle, everything is available. This way, a magical breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served in the dining area of the spacious living room. Of course, guests can also enjoy the nearby restaurants with Tyrolean specialties.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
The bedrooms are located on the second floor and are divided into a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with double bed and crib, and a triple room with a double bed and a single bed. The building material of the cozy bedrooms is pure wood. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony. From the balcony, the guests of the Hubertushütte have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains of the Zillertal. With this panorama, a holiday day in Tyrol can only become great.
There is plenty of storage space in the anteroom of the cottage to store the ski or hiking equipment.

Built in a sunny hillside location, Josef Speckbacher Hütte is a feel-good hut on each of the 68 square meters. Five adult guests can experience a memorable cabin holiday in Tyrol. The cabin itself and the furnishings are made of Tyrolean natural wood and therefore ideally suited for allergy sufferers. Each piece of furniture is made by carpenters based in the Zillertal. The decoration of the cottage consists only of originals of the Zillertal.

The bright living and dining area is equipped with a large solid wood table, where all guests of the cabin can comfortably accommodate. Through the four windows, there is a breathtaking panoramic view of the Zillertal. As the center of communication and gathering together, the dining table is the ideal place for long and cozy cabin evenings. Within reach, one large sideboard is available as an additional storage option.
The large brick fireplace brings the Josef Speckbacher Hütte to cozy temperatures on cold winter days. Through the viewing window, guests can watch the blazing flames and get inspired. As an additional heating option, there is an oil central heating system. For entertainment, there is a satellite TV and a radio in the cabin.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen lives up to any cooking skills. Equipped with electric stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer and kettle... everything is available that requires the magic of breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Bedrooms are located above the Josef Speckbacher Hütte. Divided into one double bedroom and one triple bedroom with double bed and single bed, every cabin guest will find their well-deserved tranquility. From the bedroom guests have access to the balcony. This offers a wide view over Mayrhofen and the Zillertal.
The spacious bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a sink.
After strenuous ski days or long hikes, guests will find rest and relax in the infrared cabin.
On warm days, guests can also take meals on the furnished terrace and enjoy the sun. A grill is provided and offers the ideal opportunity to exchange ideas with other hut vacationers about the experiences and impressions.

Andreas Hofer was considered the leader of the Tyrolean uprising movement of 1809, in which he fought as a freedom fighter against the Bavarian and French occupation of his home country. Andreas Hofer is honored in Tyrol with numerous monuments as a kind of national hero.

The space
The bright dining area has a spacious natural wood table with a corner bench and chairs. The ideal place for Hüttenjausen or hearty cabin evenings.
The adjoining kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and cooking becomes a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. Electric stove with oven, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and much more are available.
A Swedish stove and a central heating system bring the Andreas Hofer Hütte to cozy temperatures on colder days.
The bedrooms are on the upper floor and can be reached via a wooden staircase. The room layout is as follows: One double bedroom, twin bedroom, room with double bed and single bed. The triple room also has access to the balcony. Of course, the furnishings are lovingly made of wood here. A crib is available when needed.
The bathroom is on the ground floor and has the usual standard such as a shower, toil and sink. Another toilet is situated between the two Andreas Hofer cabins.
Every cabin has a furnished terrace, from which the surrounding mountains of the Zillertal can be admired. There is a garden grill available for balmy summer evenings as well. The adjacent meadows are perfect for sports activities or for four-legged friends with you to let off steam.

NEW: We now offer our guests FREE daily access to the Mayrhofen Adventure Pool during operating hours. This facility includes an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a large wellness area, and 4 tennis courts (clay, outdoor), located just 250 meters away. The wellness area is free in summer, and you receive a 50% discount in winter.

Guest access
Especially very popular is our stable and fast WiFi access – free of charge. Hand- and bath towels, as well as soap, shower gel and private parking area is included.

The 1000m² garden provides a sun-bathing lawn with recliners, secure playground with trampoline, table tennis and many more. New is the children cart race track during summer. As well it is very nice to barbeque in the garden. Provided is a Webber kettle barbeque, tables and benches.

You are very welcome to visit our organic fruit plantation and the in-house “Schnaps” distillery.

Other things to note
On the day of arriving it is possible to use our private parking area from the early morning on. Will try to have the apartment ready for your check-in as early as possible. On the day of check-out it is possible as well to use our private parking area. You may enquire for a late check-out on site. We may are able to offer you a late check-out on additional costs until 17.00/5pm on additional costs.

Additional guests?
Please note that your booking and its total price are based on the number of people as stated in the offer/booking confirmation. If additional people are interested in joining you, this is possible upon request. To avoid duplicate costs, please inform us in advance, and we will gladly provide you with information regarding any additional costs, should extra people be allowed. For guests who are unable to travel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance.

Maximum number of people/infants?
It is not possible to exceed the maximum number of people with infants (under 2 years old) for free. Even if the Airbnb system allows it, the booking will not be accepted in this case. Please contact us, and we will work on finding a solution.

We always hand over the apartments in a clean and proper condition. We would therefore like to ask you to leave them in good condition.

Furthermore, we ask our guests to adhere to our house rules.
