An extremely cozy atmosphere prevails here in the Karwendelhütte. A lot of exposed wood, high-quality materials and coordinated colors ensure that you feel comfortable and at home as soon as you enter the hut. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The cozy U-shaped corner bench with chairs and a solid wood table make for a great get-together. The large corner sofa invites you to linger and relax. The adjacent brick tiled stove increases the well-being immensely with the crackling of the fire. The large SAT LED TV provides current news or exciting entertainment. For optimal sound, a Sonos ® wireless speaker was installed. For the bathroom, as well as for the entire cabin, only high-quality materials were used. There you will also find a king-size bathtub with rain shower. Very important: Guests had not informed themselves about the amenities in advance and were then disappointed. The house is very well equipped. However, a second toilet is missing on the ground floor (shower only), there is not an oven, and the water in the kitchen is cold (for washing up, please just use the dishwasher).

Three modern bathrooms: Two with showers, and one ensuite in the master bedroom with a bathtub and shower. All bathrooms feature heated towel racks. Underfloor heating ensures pleasant warmth throughout the entire chalet.

A large, open kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and an additional drinks fridge.

Five modern bathrooms, four with showers and one ensuite with a bathtub, ensure maximum comfort; all feature heated towel racks, and underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth throughout the entire living space.

Two separate, spacious living areas, each with a cozy wood-burning stove, invite you to linger – one is also equipped with a sound system. You also have two fully equipped, modern kitchens at your disposal: both delight with a Jura automatic coffee machine including beans and a SodaStream or Qooker. Find relaxation in the wellbeing room in the basement, which has a reservable massage bed, or in the cozy "Stube" during a game night. In summer, use our serviced rental bikes free of charge; in winter, free rental snowshoes and toboggans are also available, including an ice scraper in the garage. The heated garage provides two parking spaces and two free e-charging stations for you. Six additional free parking spaces are located in front of the house. You can securely store and lock your bicycles, e-bikes, or skis in the garage.
