Very cosy chalet, ideal as a starting point for various activities in the surrounding mountains. The chalet has everything you need for a relaxing holiday: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, open-air fireplace, pergola, terrace and garden. The chalet is located 900 meters above Innsbruck in Tyrol - on the sunny slope of the North Chain massif of Hoch- Innsbruck. With good comfort, modern media and with gas heating - just as it should be. From the cottage, you are within ten minutes downtown Innsbruck with the Innsbruck Nordketten Bahn.

The space
The carefully restored historic chalet and cottage is 900 meters above Innsbruck in Tyrol - on the sunny slope of the Nordkettenberg massif of Hoch-Innsbruck. From here you have a view of a wonderful mountain panorama up to the Italian Alps. Here you will spend your days in absolute silence. In summer, the area is paradise for hikers. In winter, a well-developed ski resort with cable cars and lifts awaits you.

The chalet (Gramartstrasse 68) has an outdoor sauna, which can also be booked. The sauna is exclusively for guests of the chalet. The price is 100,- EUR for the entire stay. The booking can be made up to 4 days before arrival. After booking, you will receive an invoice for this, which must be paid by bank transfer BEFORE arrival. Otherwise, sauna use is not possible

Garbage separation:
The city of Innsbruck imposes penalties for non-compliance with waste separation. Therefore, we have to reclaim 10€ if we find after departure that paper, recyclables and residual waste were not separated correctly.

Our cabin (German: small hut) is located at the Ropferhof in Tyrol, our restaurant "Ropferstubm is" about 500 m away and can be reached on foot or by car. You have the entire cabin with a large garden for yourself. The chalet is located directly on the cross-country ski trail of Seefeld and Leutasch, the tickets are included! Hiking trails and mountain bike trails start right outside your door. An absolute paradise for mountaineering or hiking. There is a kitchen with large panoramic windows. A log oven and kitchen A family bed (through room) with 280x200m or 2x140x200 and once 180x200 so ideal for a maximum of 6 people in total. The family bed can also be used as a day bed. Another bedroom with panoramic window with direct views to the Hohe Munde and the Wetterstein Mountains. Next to it you will find the bathroom with Philip Starck ceramics and exposed concrete from Carameo.

The space
WELCOME!
We fulfilled our dream and built our house and "My Chalet" in the beautiful Leutasch in summer 2020.

The total living space is approx. 80 square meters, the ground floor being 50 square meters and a steep wooden staircase leading to a large gallery. Cozy with natural carpeting.
The gallery invites you to chill out and linger: the reading corner with lounge cushions invites you to relax. 2 sleeping possibilities are on the gallery.
You can expect a healthy living climate, wooden stand construction, lots of light and space and self-regulating underfloor heating throughout the chalet.
The spacious and modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: coffee maker, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer are available. There is also a small freezer compartment in the large refrigerator.
The chalet has a separate bedroom with a box spring bed; in the living room there is a double sofa bed (with slatted frame and high quality mattress). There are two more beds in the gallery. In total, the house offers 6 beds.
The bathroom has a floor-level shower, toilet and hairdryer. The spacious terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains faces east and south.

A small supermarket is only 200 meters away. It is possible to have breakfast in the neighboring hotel (with advance notice against payment).

In winter, when there is heavy snowfall, you can of course park your car in the parking lot of our "Landhotel Gasthof Eichhof", as this is directly adjacent to the local road, which is regularly cleared by the road service!

In the heard of the apartment, there is a bedroom for 4 persons, a bathroom and a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a wonderful view over the adjoining fields.
Entry to the house is directly from the carport, which offers space for two vehicles and is directly adjacent to a spacious shed.
