The chalet is situated in a quiet sunny location in Hochkrimml-Duxeralm, right at the foot of the Gerlosplatte 1650m above sea level, overlooking the nature reserve.

The house is child friendly with Tripp-Trapp- highchair, toys (Barbie, Lego, cars) and children's books (Walt Disney, storybooks).

They have four separate bedrooms, 2 of which are accessible on the top floor via a steep staircase. On the ground floor a spacious living room with dining area for at least 8 people and a cozy lounge corner, LED TV with cable channels, a hi-fi stereo system, and a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker etc.

Enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and two spacious balconies.

(Bunk beds were double - so a really good size if used by an adult.) Kitchen corner small but well enough equiped to cook what we needed. Ski storage and drying worked exceptionally well - heated floors in the porch were very useful! Check with the owner about towels and linens PRIOR to arrival/last instructions - we got caught out in that they werent included and had to adapt once in resort."

Haus Gerlinde is a cozy chalet at 1700 m altitude, with a great view and a wonderful sun position, in the Silberleiten district, on the Gerlosplatte in Hochkrimml. Perfect for winter sports but also ideal in the summer if you love the beautiful unspoilt nature!
It is located between two ski lifts. Haus Gerlinde has a typical Austrian appearance, with a cozy interior in a warm color scheme. There are three bedrooms, two with a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and a double bunk bed and two bedrooms have a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Separate toilet. Spacious hall with large wardrobe. Washer and dryer. Storage annex ski room. Sofa bed in the living room. From the living room you enter the terrace. Due to the altitude and the wide valley, the sun sets relatively late! Enjoy your apres ski!

All rooms are made of high quality Swiss pine, some beds up to 210 cm long, with TV. Each room with shower and toilet en-suite (in the family room separate toilet) and hair dryer. From the living room you can access the beautiful wooden terrace with lounge furniture. The kitchen is also connected to the living room. It invites you to cook for the whole family, fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher with tabs as well as a fully automatic coffee machine and kettle, tea bar, detergent and tea towels. You can enjoy a sauna in the chalet's own sauna or let our infrared spa tower warm you up. Washer and dryer can be shared by both chalets (ironing board and iron are available). As a winter sportsman, from the chalet, 400 metres away, you take the ski bus with a frequent connection that takes you to Königsleiten. Here, the largest ski area in the Zillertal is at your feet. The ski area the Zillertal Arena offers 147 kilometres of well-prepared slopes. In the cosy après-ski bar in Krimml you can have a drink together!

There are places in Austria that must be seen. One such place is the Krimmler Wasserfälle. The highest tiered waterfall in Europe can be found here in Krimml. A visit to this natural wonder is not to be missed!
