A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. The house is in the village Gmünd, it i 3 km away from Gerlos. In Gmünd is the restaurant Erbhofa and the skibus stop (220 m from the house, the house is on a hill, so in the afternoon you walk a hill up). In Gerlos are lifts to the Zillertal Arena, al shops and restaurants.

In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the cable car Isskogel in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!! Plus in the summer is the Bike and Berg aktive program in the price included - guided hike and bike trips (Mo-Fr).

Please note the house is on the farm - cow stable is next to the chalet! The house owner is 80 years old carpenter and dealer with old furniture - he stores a lot of his working stuff and wood around the house. It is not typical perfect organized farm - please see pictures.

Guests have the chalet for themselves alone. A front of the house is B&B.

Other things to note
The price for 5th and 6th person is various according to the season - Airbnb system can count only with one price for the whole year - this is the reason why the final price after request can be higher than by Airbnb system calculated.

Please note the house is on the farm, next to the cow and chicken stable. The surrounding is not always well organized and there is a lot of stuff of the owner Alois, who is 80 years old carpenter and he trades with old furniture as well. The garage is not for parking - there is stuff of Alois (please see pics)

Originally a hunting lodge built in the early 20th century, this south-facing wooden chalet enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

Perfect for one large or two small families, it offers beds for up to 7. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, one bathroom, balcony with mountain view and large private garden.

Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

Our house is made up of 2 apartments - the holiday apartment (the whole ground floor) and our separate private apartment on the 1st floor, that is not usually occupied. You don't have access to the apartment on the 1st floor, only to the ground floor. The garden is private and is only for you.

Other things to note
Our pricing doesn't fit exactly to the airbnb calculation system, so Airbnb might calculate too high or to low a price. But we answer all requests and add the correct price calculation in the message.

- we are obligated by law to charge you for the tourist tax, children 15 years old and younger are not obligated to pay this tax - always let us know the age of your children
- we provide child discounts (when the child is an additional person above the minimum occupation of 4 persons)


The house was built in the early 20th century and there is everything you need, but please consider that:

1) The house is located up a bit of a hill - about 150 metres from the turn-off. Please note that in the winter you may need to use snow chains.

2) In almost every room is a traditional stove - do NOT use these as some are broken and you could permanently damage those that aren't!! In every room is an electric storage heater that will be turned on (or off in the summer) by Eliska before you arrive.

3) There are some feather duvets. Consider this before you book if you have allergies.

4) There is a wash basin in one of the bedrooms, but it is not working so please do not even try to use it.

This is not a slick modern apartment. It has been in our family for three generations and it's where we spend our holidays with friends. We rent it via Airbnb when we are not around. It's an old, well-maintained lodge with some old-school issues, but with very good vibes, comfy beds, good views, reading lamps, a big dining table and a big new sofa! The house is really spacious, perfect for families or a group of friends looking for a mountain holiday in a unique house in a quiet location surrounded by alpine nature.
