The chalet offers over 165m² of space for a total of 12 people.
On the ground floor is the anteroom, a locked private and heated ski room, wardrobe, a large bathroom with sauna, shower landscape, extra toilet, a double room and a kitchen-living room with a cozy tiled stove and a large seating area. On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a large bathroom with shower, extra toilet and 4 double bedrooms.

The space
At the foot of the Planai, a few steps from Schladming city center, is a place full of coziness and hospitality – the Talbachschenke, the village in the city. Four spacious wooden chalets, a quaint alpine hut and five comfortable apartments offer our guests an idyllic home in the middle of the Schladming mountains.

Our holiday village runs along the valley stream nestled into a beautiful garden with terraces and barbecue areas, a well-kept natural swimming pond and the traditional restaurant Talbachschenke.

The rustic-alpine style of our cottages, modern living comfort (with sauna, kitchen and fireplace) and the quiet but central location on the Talbach, make the village in the city a cozy starting point for unforgettable holiday experiences – in winter, as in summer!

The city center of Schladming, as well as the ski bus are a 2 minute walk. It is a 6-minute walk to the cable car. At us, you can certainly do without your car during your vacation.

Our newly renovated cottage, located in the center of Schladming, in a quiet side street.
It's an old pop house that we lovingly converted into a vacation home.
The central location is extremely popular and in the summer the large garden.
Families enjoy having a house to yourself and to reach the cable cars, buses, swimming pool, shop and restaurants in just a few steps. Bikers love this house.

Attention: Nightly tax of Euro 2.50 per person per night is to be paid in the accommodation extra (not included)!!!

Euro 140.00 will be collected once per stay for final cleaning.
The amount includes sheets, towels and shower towels. If further laundry is needed, there is an extra charge.
Final cleaning is for sweeping clean handover: dishes are in the turned on dishwasher, pots are cleaned, garbage was taken out of the house and the fridge was emptied. If the points are not met, we will fix your extra charge for the extra cleaning. Damage must be reported immediately.

Ferdi Mountain Base is located in North Austria between the stunning Enns Valley and the Dachstein range.
The Ferdi base is a newly-built lodge that has a dedicated gym space with mountain-view sauna.
Open plan living area covers the top floor and has a designer Bulthaup kitchen and a contemporary seating area.
Outdoors there is something for every season, including skiing, horse riding, climbing and hiking.

The next supermarket is towards Schladming. Reachable by car in about 8 minutes (not possible on foot!).

Fresh rolls: can be bought directly opposite the Gasthof Brunner (in the morning between 7am-9am). From quantities over 8 rolls, please let us know or order the day before.

Reporting obligation: According to the provisions of the notification law, every guest is within 24 hours of his arrival, by entering the guest directory and logging out accordingly upon his departure. We, as a host, are responsible for their compliance. According to the Styrian Night Act, an additional overnight tax of €2.50 per night/per person (since Nov. 22) is levied.
This fee is included in the price and is paid by us directly to the city of Schladming. We ask our guests to fill out the reporting forms in advance or to provide us with the data.

We state the overnight income for tax purposes and these are taxed at 20%.
