Einrichtung generell sehr geschmackvoll Sauna ein Traum mit Lichteffekten (Öle wären noch toll für den Aufguss) Sommercard dabei rundet das ganze ab Frühstücksservice passt frische Weckerl Ablagen im Saunabereich wäre toll und auch im Wohnbereich vielleicht eine kleine Kommode Pool war bei uns zu kalt 27 Grad es war sehr kalt draussen (Ende September) Der Pool Boy sagte uns allerdings das leider das Heizsystem nicht funktioniere und es deswegen nicht möglich ist wärmer zu heizen, hier hätten wir uns schon über eine kleine Entschädigung gefreut Die kleinen Badezimmer in den Schlafbereichen sind wirklich Mini klein mit Milchglastür die nicht ganz schließt das heisst wenn man hier Nachts zB die Toilette benutzt sitzt ma quasi mitten im Raum, gibt es hier vielleicht eine Lösung? Absonsten hat uns ein bisschen abgeschreckt die harte Ansage bei der Hausordnung (Rauchmelder 1070€ bei Fehlalarm, 200€ bei Ruhestörung usw) das kam nicht so einladen an eher einschüchternd aber wer weiß welches Publikum sich da manchmal aufhält leider muss man es ja dann auch so machen. Ansonsten Top und wir kommen wieder"

- "Alles Uns haben manche Kleinigkeiten gefehlt wie Kaffee, Geschirrspülmittel, Geschirrtücher und Fetzen sowie auch Salz und Pfeffer. Es wäre Hilfreich gewesen das man das vlt. - "Super modernes Chalet, super Service. Der Whirlpool ein echtes Highlight. Die Toilette in einem Kinderzimmer war etwas unnötig, da komplett nur mit Glas abgetrennt. Das Türschloss im anderen Zimmer war ausgebrochen. Besteck und Geschirr reicht nicht mal für 2 Tage. Etwas schade. Schade das an der Terrasse unten direkt die Straße entlang geht. The kitchen in our Premium Chalet with 3 bedrooms and sauna & outdoor bathtub is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker (capsule (Nespresso) and filter machine). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

There are not many places to have dinner in the town, but the next town in less than 10 minutes in the car. There was no soap at the sinks or in the shower. There is no insulation between the rooms so you can hear every step someone makes above you. Cleaning was very bad, we booked a cleaning for 100 euros and they just did nothing!
