- "Een mooi ruim en schoon huis, sauna is erg prettig en de 3 wc’s 2 badkamers maken het ideaal voor een grotere groep. 1 slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed en 2 slaapkamers met 3 bedden. 1 zelfs met nog een 4e kinderbed. Very comfortable, idyllically situated house (half chalet) which is rented from June 2015. The house is very comfortable and has a warm, bright atmosphere. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with a total of 8 new beds (90x200). Furthermore, 3 bathrooms, 1 with bath. In addition, an extra (3rd) toilet. From the three large windows of the living room you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the valley while sitting comfortably on the sofa in front of the fireplace.

A large bedroom with a king size bed, a folding sofa in front of the fireplace that becomes a double bed and a small room with bunk bed easily accommodate 4 adults and two children. The Dreibubenhaus is a spacious holiday home with five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets. From the two balconies you have a beautiful view of the St. Oswalder Bach and the surrounding mountains. The garden and the mountain stream are ideal for large and small. BBQ is available. Parking is possible in front of the house door. ski lift at 700m.

The property also has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite dishes. Enjoy your home-cooked meal in the cozy dining area and let yourself be enchanted by the rustic atmosphere of the chalet.

The space
This luxurious detached chalet for a maximum of 14 people is surrounded by mountains and is located in the heart of the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area in Carinthia, embedded in the idyllic mountain landscape of the Carinthian Nockberge. The location near the Sonnwiesenlift is ideal in summer and winter.

The 700 m2, stylishly furnished chalet offers a large and modern living room with fireplace, 2 fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, 6 bedrooms, 3 with an extra single bed and 4 with en-suite bathrooms, 3 further bathrooms, a large wellness area with two saunas, jacuzzi and Solarium, a relaxation room with fitness equipment, wine cellar and garden with pond. Of course, there are several balconies and terraces available so that you can soak up the sun at any time of the day. The chalet also offers a garage and additional parking options directly at the chalet.

Bad Kleinkirchheim promises true sunshine moments on vacation. In addition to skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, ice skating or winter hiking, 2 thermal baths (Thermal Römerbad and Therme St. Kathrein) invite you to immerse yourself. Bad Kleinkirchheim also offers an 18-hole golf course, many shops for everyday needs and a good selection of restaurants. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area offers 103 kilometers of slopes and 24 cable cars and lifts, a kids slope, snow park and 4 ski schools. Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the Skipark Falkert, which is located at the Heidi Alm mountain resort on Falkert. This ski area is a very family-friendly ski area and offers 12 kilometers of slopes, 3 ski lifts, a snow park and a cross-country ski trail.

In summer, the Brennsee in the family sports village of Feld am See, the Millstättersee, Ossiacher See and the outdoor pools in the area offer lots of swimming fun and can be reached in about 10-30 minutes by car.

The space
Chalet Tannalm is a detached house. It contains 2 apartments. Apartment Fichte and Apartment Föhre. The interiors were built with reclaimed old wood. This means that the wood was partly already installed elsewhere, and after it is "baked" for 24 hours at over 200 degrees Celsius (to get wood beetles and other pests under control), it has received a new purpose for the construction of our chalet. This wood creates an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. If the fireplace is crackling in the evening, this means for you just: sit back and relax!!

Guest access
With the exception of a few areas (utility room, private laundry and storage rooms, and bedrooms not required in the event of under-occupancy), the entire house and garden, with all its amenities, will be for your sole and exclusive use. Absolute privacy, there are no other guests in the house.

The number of bedrooms available depends on the number of guests you are booking for: Up to 2 bedrooms for 2 guests, max. 3 bedrooms for 3 guests and max. 4 bedrooms for 4 or more guests. Of course, you're free to choose your preferred room(s) on arrival.

Other things to note
Please note that due to the nature of the house and grounds we can only welcome children over the age of 8 (no child discounts available).
Pets are not allowed. Party groups such as stag nights etc. are also not welcome.

🏌🏻‍♂️Play golf on one of the many courses in the region. With the AlpeAdria Golf Card you have access to 20 wonderful golf courses, the 18-hole course in Bad Kleinkirchheim is only 10 minutes away. 🎾 You can also play tennis on one of the many indoor and outdoor courts nearby.

🚵🏻 🚴 Cycling - whether touring, racing, gravel or mountain biking, there are numerous cycle paths, panoramic roads, single trails and flow trails waiting to be explored. Europe's longest flow trail is just a few pedal steps away - an incredible 15km long, starting at the top station of the Kaiserburgbahn in Bad Kleinkirchheim.

⛰️ The area around the Chalet offers a wide range of opportunities for hikers, mountaineers and climbers all year round. Well-marked hiking trails, some of which are barrier-free, lead through the idyllic, unspoilt landscape of the Nockberge Biosphere Reserve, past rustic alpine huts, crystal-clear streams, waterfalls and lakes, and breathtaking panoramas; a mountain yoga trail awaits you at the top of the gondola in St. Oswald. For the ambitious mountaineer, there are even more challenging summit tours or via ferratas to explore.

Many of these activities can be started directly from the Chalet.

In WINTER, there are so many things to do around the chalet too, many of them right on the doorstep:

🚡 ⛷️ The cable car to the ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim (with over 100km of slopes, including the Franz Klammer World Cup downhill), ski schools, rental and more is just a 1 minute drive or 9-10 minute walk from Chalet Falk, if you want to leave your car parked.

The ski resorts of Turracher Höhe (from 1,795m) and Gerlitzen are just a 25-minute drive away, while the Katschberg and Nassfeld (Carinthia's largest ski area) are a good hour away - all perfect for day trips for those staying longer, or for more ambitious skiers who want to explore even more slopes and off-piste terrain.

🎟️ And the best: All five areas offer reliable snow and are covered by one ticket - the „Kärntner Skipass“, giving you total flexibility and variety even at longer stays.

The house is thoroughly cleaned before each check-in. During your stay, cleaning supplies such as a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, etc. are available. If desired, a mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. However, we need to confirm this individually with our cleaning staff and cannot guarantee it.
