The apartment can be reached via a private elevator access. The stairwell has a lockable entrance and ensures that you only share it with two other guest apartments.
Do you want to work where others are on vacation? Then we turn the 3rd bedroom into an office space, with a large height-adjustable desk, a comfortable office chair, and excellent lighting. This requires a reservation of one month from April to June or September to November.

Our apartment Granat in St. Oswald, is nestled in the Nock Mountains, not far from the well-known ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The apartment is located in an absolutely quiet location just a few minutes walk from the Brunnachbahn valley station. So ideal for those who want to start almost directly on the slopes. The apartment is 53 m² (including balcony) and is located on the second floor of a house that reflects the beautiful rural style of the area.

The space
The pretty apartment is divided into anteroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower, living/dining area and bedroom. The bedroom leads to the balcony. The apartment has the perfect location for all skiers (access to the ski area 200 m away, about 5 min. with ski boots *g*). Lovers of the thermal baths (2 thermal baths in Bad Kleinkirchheim) and golfers (golf course only 10 minutes away by car) will also get their money's worth. The ski resort Bad Kleinkirchheim/St. Oswald is one of the largest in Austria and known for the Women's World Cup races.
For cycling enthusiasts, Bad Kleinkirchheim has the longest "Flow Country Trail" in Europe (over 15 km long). But hikers and tourers will also get their money's worth in the Nock Mountains.
The surrounding area is characterized by the gemstone garnet, which is mined just a few kilometers away in the village of Radenthein. As such, we have dedicated the design of the apartment to the dark red gemstone tone of the garnet stone.

Zirkitzen is a district of Bad Kleinkirchheim and part of the spa town. There is therefore a tourist tax of €3.70 per adult per night to be paid on site.
The apartment is located on the first floor of our family house in a village settlement, on the slope facing south. Overlooking the Kaiserburgbahn ski slope.
The nearest lift station, as well as supermarkets and restaurants, can be reached by car in about 5 minutes, on foot in about half an hour.
In winter, there are free ski shuttles.
Bad Kleinkirchheim is a beautiful and relaxed spa, winter sports and hiking resort. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, a bakery, several sports shops and cafes.
Larger shopping malls can be found in the cities of Spittal, Villach and Klagenfurt within 1 hour's drive by car.

In principle, the supermarkets are also open on Sundays and public holidays in the peak season. There are rare exceptions around Christmas.

The first door on the left leads to your apartment ("Apartment David"), where you can check-in independently at any time from 16:00 thanks to the smart lock. Your code will be sent to you on the day of arrival. Furthermore, there is a key in the apartment if you prefer to use it for the duration of your stay. In addition, there is a storage room, which is accessible from the hallway (on the right). This is perfect for storing your ski stuff or hiking stuff, suitcases, etc.
