- "Amazing apartment. Loved the openness and the fact that there were two bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There was a strange relaxing room in between the two bathrooms, but upon trying to connect, it wouldn't work. So that was a bummer. I was also let down with the fact that the very basics were not in the apartment and the only place to "stock up" on a few items was a small little mimi mart around the corner - but this is the ONLY service in town (or nearby). The minimalist approach to the apartment was really great - minus the purple color scheme - that was just weird! The beds were comfortable, the outside patio was FANTASTICAL. The inside bench in the living room with the warm sun shining in was FANTASTICAL. This is a great location in which just to hang out and then go out and about to other towns. There were goats down the walkway from the apartment in which I fell in love with, and now want to own goats, great parking, and the apartment that we had was super private! So really the only things that I would fix are the color scheme, the lack of the "basics" in the kitchen, and the "relaxing" room upstairs - for the really, really expensive price of this apartment for 2 nights, i would just want to have a little more. The rest made up for these minor details and when in the area again I would rent this same apartment. "

- "This is hands down the nicest Hotel we have used throughout our years of family ski vacations! Our flat was impeccable, the equipment was mint, and the two spas on site are excellent. Add to that underground direct access to the communal ski room which is connected by an elevator directly to the Dorfbahn lift, and you have a winning combination. We are traditionally more in "house cooking" so I cannot comment on the Hotel's culinary offering, but judging from the rest of the facilities, it is safe to assume they are also top-notch."

Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.

The space
The apartment is completely newly renovated and modernized, but has retained its rustic character.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, toaster, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils that are needed in a kitchen.
There is also a cozy corner bench with table in the kitchen.

The living room is rustically decorated with a seating upholstery group and on the wall is the wood paneling from earlier times. Likewise, the stucco ceiling and the plank floor have been preserved. Due to the typical low ceilings, tall people have to duck their heads at the door frames, but otherwise can stand upright.

SAT TV, as well as Wi-Fi is available.

The bedroom is equipped with a double natural wood bed and large closet.
A spacious entrance area connects the living room and kitchen. A large corridor leads to the bathroom with toilet, sink, bathtub and underfloor heating. A hairdryer, as well as towels and almost all bath utensils are also available.

The usual local tax for Tyrol is €3/person/night, which is not included in the price. This is billed in cash on site.

Cross-country skiing trails, hiking tours, toboggan runs and many other attractions are available for you nearby.
