The rooms are large and spacious, the large kitchen is a transformed guest room and thus a bit odd, but workable, and well equipped. There is the gorgeous runaround balcony with the best views and sun somewhere all day. Off the beaten path, quiet, a working farm, about 8 min up the mountain from Mittersill. Very nice hosts live downstairs. Only downside is lack of a living room."

- "We rented the apartment on the 2nd floor. We had a bedroom+kitchen/dining room/living room and another bedroom with a separate entrance. The big room/living room combination was sufficient for us, the kids sleeping on the couch. The kitchen/living room is very spacious, well equipped and the balcony has a spectacular view. The rooms and simple and very clean. In the backyard there is a small playground for the children. It was possible to use the washing machine in the basement which was a big help for me. The landlady was friendly and helpful. Overall it was very nice to be here and I recommend this property for all who look for a quiet place to stay at. I would happily return."
