The house is located in the quiet district of Bichling. The centre with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. Numerous car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. In summer there is a garden with barbecue for general use.

The house has 5 flats over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a 120m² flat with 3 bedrooms and direct access to the garden. On the 2nd and 3rd floor there are 2 flats of 50m² and 55m² respectively, each with 1 bedroom.

In winter, a blue piste leads up to 150 metres in front of the house and the lifts can be reached in a few minutes on foot and in summer you can reach numerous hikes in the Tyrolean mountains directly from the house.
