This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the farm and is very spacious but above all attractively furnished. - "My husband and I loved our 11 nights in this gorgeous house. I spent a lot of time looking at properties online before selecting this one and I am so pleased I did! The pictures online do not do it justice - it is much bigger than it looks in the photos, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two spacious living areas plus dining and full kitchen and an outdoor courtyard. There was plenty of space for the two of us to relax! It is in a great location - about 7 mins walk up Draper Ave to Pearl St for restaurants (make sure you go to Don Carlos Taco Shop and Cups cupcake bakery!) and the CVS, and another 3-5 min walk to Vons supermarket. About 7 mins walk to the beach to watch spectacular sunsets and 15 or so mins walk to see the amazing sealions and seals at La Jolla Cove. We both enjoyed running along the waterfront in the mornings and watching the surfers and wildlife. We also enjoyed the Farmers Market on Sunday mornings - about 5 mins walk along the street. This house was a great base for sightseeing in San Diego. We had a rental car and it was easy to get onto the freeway to travel into the city or to shopping malls. It is also just a short drive down La Jolla Boulevard to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. The owner was very friendly and responsive when we had a query regarding the light switches. The house was very clean and well-maintained. It had all the amenities we required, including washer and dryer, iron, full-size fridge and oven, microwave, coffee machine, hairdryer, off-street parking...basically a home away from home! We will be recommending this house to friends and family traveling to this part of the world and will definitely chose to stay here again next time we visit San Diego."

The space
This spacious apartment in Leogang is suitable for two people and perfect for a holiday with your partner. The ski lift is only 200 m away from the apartment.

Directly overlooking the idyllic center of Leogang, with magnificent views of the imposing Leogang mountain range, you will find this spacious apartment with its own entrance. The spacious living room/bedroom offers plenty of space and is nicely appointed. There is a separate kitchen and bathroom as well as a private terrace. The view is fantastic.

In winter, the ski slope (Schanteilift, which is open three evenings a week: night skiing with floodlights) is only 300 meters away and you can ski almost to your apartment. The apartment is only 5 minutes by car (3 km) from the gigantic ski area of Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. The ski shuttle leaves from the village and you can go down the ski slope to the village.
From the village there is also access to an extensive network of cross-country ski trails (from Leogang in Tyrol or via Saalfelden to Maria Alm, Hintertal or Maishofen to Zell am See and beyond). In the surroundings you will find idyllic and illuminated toboggan runs. Hiking trails (winter) await you directly in front of the house!

We are delighted to offer our apartment for another ski season. The ski bus leaves from outside the apartment and takes just 5 minutes to get to the main lifts. There is over 250km of skiing with Leogang, Saalbach, Hinterglemm and Fieberbrunn all connected. If you have a car there are loads of other options close by - Hochkönig, Kaprun Glacier etc

The space
Fantastic location for skiing. Ski circus only minutes away. Loads of other options close by - Hochkönig and Zell am See are just 20 mins away. Kaprun glacier only 30 mins. Our local train station is only a 10 minute walk and you can be in Kitzbuhl within 40 mins.
There are plenty of great restaurants in Leogang - Jedermann, Dorfalm, Kirchenwirt and Loewe all within walking distance. Short taxi ride to The Priesterigg or Mama Tresl.
There is a bakery within 2 mins walk. The supermarket is about a 10 minute walk.

There is a large communal room where guests can use the ski racks or store bikes in the summer.
In the basement of the apartment block there are two communal drying rooms which guests are welcome to use.

There is 1 parking available infront of the house for the guests to use.

There is no facility to keep skis or bikes at the house. The skies can be stored well directly at the lift where a lot of storage is offered.


As of May 1st 2025 we offer the Salzburg Verkehr Guest Mobility Ticket. The ticket allows the use of city and regional buses, S-Bahn trains, regional and long-distance trains, as well as Salzburg Verkehr shuttles throughout the entire stay. The funding is provided through a small fee of €0.50 per night.

The ticket is issued directly at the online check-in at the accommodation and is connected to the guest registration system. Guests will receive it as a PDF or Wallet version, without needing to install any additional apps.
