Welcome to our cozy 37m² apartment in Maria Alm am Steinernen Meer! This charming holiday apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building and is easily accessible by elevator. A "ski cellar" is available on the ground floor for your sports equipment, and bicycles can be safely parked and locked in a bicycle garage.

The space
The main area of this 1.5-room apartment is a comfortable living room/bedroom, equipped with a high-quality sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two people. The couch has an integrated slatted base and a full-fledged mattress for optimal sleeping comfort.

The dining area is ideal for shared meals with four seats. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a spacious 2m wardrobe, a bathroom with shower tub and an inviting south-facing balcony with seating and magnificent views of the ski resort.

Our guests have full access to the rented apartment, the basement compartment for storing winter sports equipment and the bicycle garage.
