Specifically the included pool pass to the local water park was outstanding. The safe environment of the hotel and the local area meant it was the first time we felt that we could leave the kids somewhat unattended and meant we could properly relax. All local amenities are in walking distance, (snow lifts, walks up the mountains, local shops). Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and tidy with ample space, two separate bathrooms was a welcomed surprise! We did the all inclusive option but there is plenty of utilities to do self catering if you prefer (oven, hob, fridge, freezer etc). Perhaps the only negative, but this is probably the case with all holidays, the all inclusive option was very good but the buffet did get a bit tedious towards the end. One recommendation for the hotel would be to improve their coffee and offer oat milk, but that is because we are coffee snobs. All in all this was such an amazing experience and would we come back……it’s a huge yes from us! "

The big plus point is that each bedroom has its own bathroom. So everyone enjoys enough privacy. Two of the three bedrooms have access to the large balcony on the south side from where you have a breathtaking view of Wagrain. The kitchen-living room is equipped with all amenities and invites you to cook together. The farm, which is 200 meters away from the house, is a wonderful environment for children. Hiking routes also start right outside the door. There is a communal garden with garden furniture around the house.
