Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from the local Spa shop and cooked in the kitchen. This would have added 550 Euros onto our bill! Definitely stay here again though."

The space
100m from lake zell and 3 min walk to the town centre. there is also a small storage space. We have a fully fitted kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, double / Twin Bed and 3 bunk beds.

The apartment space is separated by a sliding door, the bunk beds are on the kitchen side and the TV is on the Bedroom side.

There is a curtain for privacy on the bunk bed side. We have a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer guests can use at a cost.

If you are coming to ski I recomend the super salzburg lift pass which covers you for many local resorts for only a fraction of the cost of a local pass! The City Express lift is 700m away which is an 8 minute walk with skis and TrassXpress / Schmittenhöhebahn are 1.8km up the hill but there is a ski bus 300m away from the apartment where you can catch a bus or there is free parking at the top of the hill if you prefer to drive up. Salzburg W. A. Mozart Airport is 54 km from the property which is approximately a 1 hour drive. It is also very easy to get a train or bus to Zell am See from the airport both of these take around 1.5 hours.

The Areitexpress (Schmittenhöhe) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. To reach the Kitzsteinhorn, we recommend taking the bus (Areitbahn station). The bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn takes about 15 minutes.

You can reach the city center of Zell am See in 10 minutes by train.
