The house is a great starting point for hikes, skiing and bike tours. In about 5 minutes by car you can reach Bramberg, while in winter you can drive about 10 minutes to the Wildkogelbahnen or 5 minutes to the Panoramabahn Kitzbühel.

It is not without reason that the Oberpinzgau is one of the most popular holiday regions in Salzburger Land: the Hohe Tauern National Park invites you to an active and cultural holiday with countless natural impressions and excursion options. Our Smaragd Apartment for 2-4 persons has its own separate entrance. In the entrance hall, there is a ski boot drier and space to hang skies for two people. The kitchen/diner is spacious and cosy with a wooden ceiling. The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and also a single bed.

Guest access
As can be seen from the picture, there are a few steps going to the entrance door. Inside, there is a narrow staircase to the first floor bedroom. From the bedroom there is a door on to the balcony, with a table and chairs and gorgeous views. In summer we encourage guests to use the garden and provide chairs.

Bed linen, towels and end cleaning are included in the price. In the summer months we include the National Park Hohe Tauern Card which includes all public transport in the valley as well as many cable cars, taxi to walking areas, local museums and many other things.

The spacious terrace (50 sqm) is the absolute highlight – with lounge furniture and loungers. In the morning, she welcomes the sun with unobstructed views of the valley, making it ideal for a relaxing outdoor breakfast.

**Another highlight on the terrace is the hot tub**, which you can use optionally – perfect for relaxing evenings with mountain views. **Use is an additional service and can be booked at an additional cost.**
