My only petty complaint was that it was very sparsely equipped in terms of staples (sugar, oil, spices, tin foil, towels, pillows etc) but we probably could have gotten more linens had we asked. Our newly built farmhouse is located in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps and offers a breathtaking view over the Pillerseetal. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils to fulfill your culinary preferences. Note: Except for salt and vegetable oil, we do not provide food items.

Your vehicle is securely accommodated in our underground garage. The barrier-free apartment is easily accessible with the elevator.

For drying wet winter equipment such as skis, sleds, or wet clothing, the drying room in the basement is available for your use. Bicycles can be securely stored in the separate, lockable bicycle storage room.

Parties, loud music, and events are not allowed. Grilling/barbecue is also not permitted.

In a quiet location in the district of Rosenegg, with a beautiful view to the surrounding mountains. In the immediate vicinity (2 minutes) are bus stop (ski bus), shops, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's center, bank, cafe and restaurant. Entry to running trail, winter hiking trail and toboggan run about 400m away.
