- "We stayed here for the 2nd time. Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great, the service wonderful. All employees are very friendly and professional. Really nothing to complain at all. If I had to mention one less thing, it would have to be the stairs to the ski lockers which are pretty hard to take with ski boots on. " - "In case you haven’t book the dinner with the booking of your room, you are not allowed to eat/book a table for dinner during your stay… The tables are booked for guests and no one warn about it. There are 2 entrances to the buffet area and the trick is the staff of the hotel stays only on one of them to place you to the „planned“ table. In case you went through the other entrance nobody would say a word… or inform you about „placing plan“. In 35 years of traveling around Asia, Europe, Africa, Americas - this is the firsttime I see the sitting plan for breakfast . The staff fighting with each other in front of the guests.
