Every single person in this hotel took guest satisfaction very personally and went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable. When we complained that we were not satisfied with the room initially assigned to us the front desk staff, personally walked us through 3 other rooms to make sure we were happy. They went above and beyond in finding us suitable hiking trips and even offered to allow 2PM checkout to accommodate the hike's schedule.
